1 /5 Truth Seeker: I have been going to the salon for years, but the last few times I went the experience has not been a good one. I am a disabled senior and have mobility issues. I cannot take the toe dividers off myself, and I have told them that on several occasions that I need help in removing them. I tried to remove it the last time myself, because everyone was busy and there was no one around to ask for assistance. I unfortunately messed up The polish on my big toe. I asked for it to be corrected. The person that tried to correct it, did a horrible job TWICE. See picture taken after the second attempt to redo my big toe. Before I left, I tried discussing the issue with the owner and all she did was argue with me. I then called her to see when I could come back and get it fixed and again, all she did was argue and not even let me speak. I will never come back to this salon again. I always tipped very generously and I don’t appreciate the managers, rude, and belittling behavior toward me.

1 /5 C B: Run from this place! I came in after the hurricane to treat myself since my other salon is out of power. Asked how much a service was for gel manicure & polish change on toes with gel polish. I didn’t get a full pedicure. The guy who took me cut me while he was changing the polish on my toes. He cut me three times! He was very rough. I said ouch numerous times. He put some product on the gel on my nails to dissolve the gel and I asked multiple times if it would damage my nails. He said no. I asked what the product was multiple times because it just seemed wrong. He said It’s better than soaking them off. Well he lied. My nails are so damaged! All uneven! My nails feel rough. They also did a bait & switch on price. Scammed! NEVER AGAIN! I really hope their tools are clean. I came home and cleaned my cuts immediately! You should NEVER be cut at a nail salon. Update: owner Lou was called she wanted me to come back in and show her my nails. Went back in and showed her. She refused to give a refund. She said they look fine and that if I wanted she could have someone re-do them. Why would anyone let them touch their nails again after they ruined them is beyond me! Apparently being cut is okay by them. She also denied the damage to my nails. said it was the polish making them look like that. She also tried to blame me for their horrible service. I will be taking this up with my credit card company. We will let them decide.
