Chelsea Silva The office Very pleasant very detail and clean. the staff was amazing what stood out to the most to me after my consultation with the DR jessy understood all my concerns and she explained the every step I felt I was in such great hands. I do have my severe dental anxiety but after speaking with her I felt my anxiety calmer, everyone was great from the front staff , the consultation and also even Scheduling my surgery went smooth. Thank you Jesse so much I am looking forward to getting this done and get out of pain!

Johely Quintero I’m a big fan of Baldwin Park Family Dental! First, the office is beautiful, and so clean and welcoming. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine. Everything seems to flow so quickly and so efficiently. The front desk staff was very friendly, kept me informed and made sure I had everything I needed for my appointment. My hygienist was knowledgeable and kind, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Dr. Ortiz was absolutely great. She made sure I knew all of my options and helped me decide the best course of action for my health. I had a crown done, everything went smoothly and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience!

Igor I hate to write this, but Greenberg Dental has changed a lot in recent years. The changes are not very encouraging: - not all branches work with all insurances, - it’s very difficult to make an appointment by phone, the answering machine promises to call you back within 24 hours, that is, sit and wait a day, why not right away? It is also impossible to make an appointment during the visit; offer to call using the same procedure, - preliminary x-ray of both jaws for $350, even if one tooth hurts, three years ago x-rays cost 10 times less, - for the second time in a row, caries treatment requires expensive nerve removal; Previously, they simply changed the filling due to insurance, As a result, the general situation has changed greatly for the worse; if this is progress, it is negative. And so - everything is fine, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, parking is convenient.

Love Carter “MssCarter29” This was our first time visiting Winter Park Denitistry and we loved everything about it. From check in to check out we were greeted with smiles and kindness. They were super gentle with my 3 year old. He never said “ouch” or cried like at the last pediatric dentist in Ocoee. I prepared my son for this appointment by taking him with me to my dentist appointment a few days before. I explained to him that he will visit the dentist soon and will get to sit in the big chair. I’m sure this contributed to the joyful/no tears experience he had in Winter Park. If you are searching for a pediatric dentist. This is it!

Bernadette Hurst Ive finally found the perfect dentist office and that includes everyone from the dentist to the support staff. Dr. Rodriguez is extremely competent and caring. Luis did my x-rays and assisted Dr. Rodriguez with my treatment and he is so gentle and calming that I refer to him as my new best friend. The office is bright and clean, they have latest equipment, and they treat me like a VIP. Id give 10 stars if I could!
