Maha Kashani My 2 year old daughter picked up a jellyfish at Lauderdale-by-the-sea and was stung. She was in agonizing pain with her hands swelling immediately. We are from out of town, so I quickly called Pronto who said absolutely bring her in and they would triage immediately. As soon as we got there, they whisked us back to a room and Dr Game came running in (literally) with her kit to help. She said she knew how badly the pain was my daughter was feeling, so she jumped right into action. Treatment began within minutes of us walking through the door. Dr Game was so kind, patient and sweet with my daughter. At one point, my baby was shivering (we ran off that beach dripping wet and even left our towels behind) so Dr Game went and brought back a space heater for our room. Her staff was also incredibly kind and responsive. Overall we had an incredible experience. 5 Stars. Thank you, Dr Game!

Julianna Both my husband and I have been patients of Broward Family Medical for almost 10 years. We see Dr. Megan Waskin. She is a phenomenal practitioner with an incredible bedside manor. She is thorough, patient and kind and really listens and understands. She takes her time with her patients and you never feel rushed or overlooked. She actually reviews your chart and history before seeing you and is always fully prepared. The office is great and they do labs in house, which is wonderful. The entire staff is kind, proficient and extremely welcoming We are treated like family, and that is what you should expect when seeing your family doctor. We are beyond grateful for all of the care we continue to receive at Broward Family Medical.

Irina Help Center I had a great experience since we came in to ER at West Boca Medical Center. Our nurse Paul was very caring, professional and went of his way to help us and do everything he could. Then we went to Telemetry floor, nurces Evelina and Mary took a great care of us, making us feel very cozy. Also, they helped us with every request and question we had. What also helped is that Evelina spoke our language and she could understand everything in details. The view from the window outlooking water is very calming and Beautiful. Victoria Dawkins I arrived 15 minutes prior new patient appointment. I waited 40 minutes before I was called to go over new patient forms. The staffs were courteous and pleasant. I like the fact that there is a private lab to be weighed and go over medical history. But I spent about 2 hours waiting to be seen. Not sure if thats due to Covid precautions. Dr. L was very nice and thorough with the examination and explained with details.

Michael Brooks I waited 8 months to get my appointment. Dr. Harris was very kind and took time with me. She set me up with referrals and the next day I got a call to schedule appointments for those places. All the reviews I’ve read on Dr Harris before coming and the reason I chose to wait to get an opportunity were true and worth it. I’m grateful and look forward to continuing with trinity health and Dr. Harris as my primary care physician.

Justin Wyse Apparently this Doctors office hasnt changed it practices at all. Poor customer treatment. The office doesnt see patients on a first come first serve basis. They make you sit in rooms with no communication. No need to co.e back here after this visit. Looking for a new doctors office.

Rosemarie Wallace Ive never had a doctors visit where I didnt feel rushed or felt like they didnt care about me. But this was so different. Dr Janice Borrows is amazing - she was so attentive and patient. The nurses are also amazing and they actually booked my follow up appointment for 2 other doctors for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctors office

Jacob Miller Dr. Armenakis is the nicest doctor you will ever meet. Such positive energy. The crew at his office is amazing as well - name by name and one by one. When him and his team come through in the mornings at Ft. Lauderdale Behavioral Health to check up on all the patients, they are so nice, energetic, and care about our medical needs. Love yall!
