1 /5 Michelle Barnes: Absolutely the worst doctor Iāve ever encountered! Four days before Christmas she told me she would not refill any of my medication until I saw a different doctor entirely. This wouldāve been fine except it was five daysfrom medicationās running out, theyāre not medicationās you can just stop, and I was also about to go on vacation. I attempted to make an appointment through the app, by calling in, and then they would call me from the office and tell me someone would call me back to set my appointment after telling me I had yet to make an appointment and then never called back. Thankfully, I found a real doctor at a real practice. This office just tries to force you to do everything they can try to bill for, literally she tried to tell me she was going to be my gynecologist, even though I did not need her to do that. She would repeatedly tell me I had test in the portal that I needed to go get done, but they were never there. Between the doctor and the office staff not returning phone calls I would run far away!
