1 /5 Attorney Sanga Turnbull: The reception staff is amazing. The office process is horrific. Arrived 5 minutes early for an appointment I took a month to schedule. An hour later I still hadn’t seen a doctor. If this is the level of care and attention they pay to you when it’s not an emergency these doctors won’t care for you when it is an emergency. They clearly overbook so they are only in it for the money. My suggestion avoid these people like the plague. Find a smaller caring office that cares about your time and health. They should rename the place because health clearly isn’t their primary concern. It’s all about the money from overbooking. Shame on them. Their current patients deserve better because I will not be one of them

1 /5 Anthony Sassano: This place is pathetic. I need to have a procedure done that is not covered by my insurance. I tried to get a quote over the phone but they kept telling me I need the medical codes (How would I know what they are?). So, I made an appointment to see Dr. Kalser, which was 2 months out. Dr. Kalser was excellent after the long wait, and clearly explained the procedure to me. He then took me over to see Joseph Williams, the Urology Operations Manager, to have him provide me with a quote. Dr. Kalser explained the procedure to him and Mr. Williams told me that he would get me a quote. It has been three weeks now and I have heard nothing from Mr. Williams. Ive called him twice and both times he was unavailable to come to the phone and both times he failed to return my calls. Why does Orlando Health have people in management that cant return calls? Pathetic. It only took me one week to get a quote from another clinic and I didnt have to see the doctor beforehand!

1 /5 Leroi Sanchez: I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and filled out all paperwork. Like 20 patients arrived after me and they called in all of them except me. I cancelled everything and left. Lack of respect and wasted my morning.

3 /5 Dean Gionis: Took my mother into see Dr. Jablonski because he was highly recommended by her PcP but was assigned to Dr. Davuidik. The check process was very easy and went smoothly. The doctor was pleasant, but I feel the visit was rushed. It seems like nowadays patients are nothing more than a number to them and the lack of caring is not there anymore. We received a call from Jordan on Monday on the voicemail stating that the results were in and to call their office but left no number. The only option is to call the 800 number on the website and you speak to a representative and they have to go through a “chain of command “ by sending a message to the care team and there is no direct line to reach the office Or the person who left the message. This is a ridiculous process when trying to simply get lab results and find out what treatment is recommended. This is extremely inconvenient for someone who has a busy schedule. I cannot sit by the phone and wait for a call back. If I had other choices, I would take them elsewhere. Just another example of how poorly disorganized Orlando health is as an organization.

2 /5 Sam Peacock: Waited 6 weeks to see Dr. Strakosha for my appointment. I finally get in and get an opinion, albeit she wasnt particularly confident. She prescribes me something to try for the next couple weeks. That night, some 10 or so hours after my appointment, Im waiting in the Walgreens prescription drive thru for 20 minutes and when I get up to the window they tell me theres no script on file for me. I call Dr. Strakoshas office the next day and someone on the prescription line confirmed the pharmacy address and said they would "send her an urgent message" and that I would get an email confirmation and a message on the Orlando Health patient portal that the script was sent. Would you believe that 4 days later as I write this review that there is no message in the patient portal, no email, and shocker- still no prescription at the local Walgreens for me? So I call again this morning and now someone named Amari has more or less told me the same thing- "spoke to a nurse who said they are going to get the prescription sent today". We will see if I ever get this medication that Ive been waiting almost two months for to attempt treat something that has been getting progressively worse. This is the first time in my life Ive had so much complication with getting a prescription filled. I left Advent Health because of garbage service, but so far my experience with Orlando Health has not proven to be an amazing alternative...
