1 /5 Marbelys Ramos: I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years to do my nails. Every now and then there’s a day that I’m not too happy with how they look but overall it had always been an OK experience. Recently they changed owners and the new, young, girls are great and I’m always happy with their service. However, the guy who sits in front of the door can be very rude! He’s also very rough when doing my nails. I only do regular polish because I am allergic to anything else and have very sensitive skin. He seems upset that I only do regular polish, maybe because it’s cheaper, and when I speak up and say that something is hurting, he seems annoyed. I did my nails this past Sunday with him and when one of my pinkies got smudged he even started huffing and puffing because he had to redo it.
Even though this has been my nail place for so long, and I even bring my mom and daughters here, I will not be coming back. I don’t need to give my business and money to someone that will treat me that way!
