Nails For You
Briana Marie So this place is right across the street from the neighborhood I grew up in, so I’ve been here at least a dozen times over the years. Please, listen to a sister. Don’t go here unless you want your nails ruined. This place is not quality— they’ll lie about the wait to get you in a chair, then rush your nails (cutting you, ruining your nail bed with the drill, and sloppy shaping) to get someone else who is waiting into the chair. Do NOT come here unless it’s a real emergency.
In the photos below, I asked for my two middle nails to be fixed. I let the tech know that they were dip nails with gel polish. He grinded the entire nail off, slapped on an acrylic tip and did a sloppy job with acrylic (instead of using gel like I had asked for specifically), the black polish AND the shaping. They charged me $10 for that. You can still see the polish on my skin and the way the nails aren’t fully painted on the side.
