Treasure Shaw This was a GREAT SERVICE! And I am very picky. RICKY serviced me, he was very nice, and polite. I am from Michigan and I was visiting family for the holidays. RICKY did an amazing pedicure to the point I started falling asleep! My nails are beautiful! Whenever I’m back in town I will absolutely be back to visit Ricky! Thanks RICKY!!

SCL ACL Very friendly place, dogs really enjoy it! Grooming services have been excellent and very consistent. They book up fast so had to wait to initially get in but well worth it!

Christan Evans I’ve been to several places in Winter Haven and enjoy Tips & Toes Nail Spa so much! Each visit my nails turn out lovely. Also, the decor is pretty, the atmosphere is serene and peaceful. After a long day, this shop is so relaxing.

Kelang The inside is very beautiful and clean. Lots of techs available, the facility appears to be equipped to handle big parties. The front receptionist was not friendly at all. Kinda of like as like “sign in and sit down to wait”. No welcome acknowledgement. My tech was Henry. He was straight to business, which I like. He burnt me with his drill four times, cut the skin on my toe and two of my toes and were not done correctly, so I have to go back and get them repaired. Overall it was a good experience and the price was reasonable. I would go back but choose another tech. Update: So I came back to get my nail repaired and had to pay additional $8 to fix something that I paid to be done correctly. I was not told that I would have to pay anything. Cost is not the issue, just the decency of it all. The same front desk receptionist was there and still same negative attitude as before. The nail tech that assisted me this time was Thi. She was good. I would recommend if you go to this establishment, be sure to look over everything before leaving, that is on me for sure

Kassidy Goldberg I was nervous about trying a new salon because Ive never had good luck with them, but this one was recommended by my neighbors. Upon arrival, the salon was calm and relaxing and not overly busy. We had made an appointment the day before, so we were treated immediately. The staff was very friendly and did great work for both of us. They treated us as if we were good friends. I will definitely be going back here for all my nail tech needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

gabrielle govoni What I wanted VS what I got. Now I did ask for the French tip on the middle. But MAN. Let me tell you about my experience and my first time at HN. I was seated with Pam. As we got into the nail process, I showed her my design and she asked What color I would like for the background of my pointer and ring finger. I told her I would like it to be nude, she looked at me, shrugged, pulled out a color, palette and pointed to a few different brownish. Light tan could be considered nude colors… I pointed to the picture again and asked her if there was nothing more like the picture she flipped to the back of Her color palette and pointed to one and I said sure it was a semi off white I had hope would be light enough with the first coat . I had assumed that was the best she had when she applied the color it became VERY white. I was not looking for White. When I asked if she was sure there was no way we could make this color more nude, she reaches to the table next to her and pulls out a nude nail polish and proceeds to put this nude nail polish over this white nail polish. And so I asked her is that nude? And she said yes? I said is there no way we can just use the nude color? And her response was so you want me to take these three off? I said well I wanted nude to begin with so yes, I would like you to remove those. She aggressively shoved my hand into the heater and began to prepare to remove the color from my nails. Moving forward to the dotted nails, she did not Even attempt to align the design with the center of the nail. And when I asked her to fix it, she once again seemed agitated. She did not keep my hands clean of dust, and as she angrily applied the second coat of polish, she pulled in a lot of nail dust so my nails are coated in small bumps and are not smooth. AND TO TOP IT OFF she didn’t even push my cuticle back, she just piled the nail right on top of it!! My right middle finger is RIDICULOUS! In other cases left it wherever it was and the base is just whatever shape the cuticle was… Lastly some nails are super thick and others are paper thin, could slice you open. It’s wild. If I had had more time I would ask for someone to redo the set, but sadly I don’t and it’s frustrating to leave with nails I don’t like but have to pay for. This was my first time here.. and I was so nervous to come.. However while sitting there I noticed a different nail tech who seemed to really know his stuff and I had seen his last set walk in for a new set and both sets looked amazing- and over all the price was the best I’ve seen in a long time. So I’m willing to give the place one more chance. Update!!!!! I can’t make a new review for some reason however.. IM SO GLAD I WENT BACK!! Kay understood the assignment and nailed it! She did away with the bird claws and gave me sleek and sexy! What I wanted vs what I got done right!!!

Anthony Martinez The vibe in the salon gave very much peaceful and pleasant. The artist, Joselyn was very welcoming and friendly when i came in. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She took time to really listen to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Not only is she super skilled with her craft, but she also creates a relaxing, positive atmosphere that makes the experience more relaxing. 10/10 would definitely recommend ESPECIALLY if you want baddie level nails for the fairest prices

Marisa Figueroa Went for the first time today and was met by Tony, who did a pedicure and full set on me. He was attentive, kind, and VERY thorough on the structure of my nails. He listened to my (probably crazy) idea & gave me nails I LOVE. The structure of these nails are EVERYTHING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Especially to my girlies a little nervous about salons. Very friendly atmosphere, easy to relax in, and the services are great. I spent about $250 ($50 tip). A little over $100 for my nails (airbrush, design, and length) and a little under $100 for the pedi (did a higher scale + $15 for gel). If you like claws & good service, go HERE.

Greeneyed Betni Jessica is such an amazing person. She makes you feel like the center of the world when shes working with you.
