5 /5 Jasmine: Initially, I was scared because of the mixed reviews, and I was coming in late. I just left dinner with my family, and it was already past 7:30, and the nail salon closed at 8 pm. I didnt want a rushed job, and it would be my fault, but I really wanted my nails done for my vacation to Europe. I wanted my nails to at least be put together. I called the business and asked if it was OK if I came in even though its so late. He welcomed me and said hell be waiting. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman and a man and offered a manicure and a pedicure. I didnt want to be that person to keep them there all night, so I chose a manicure cause only my hands were chipped from my previous gel service. Feet was brand new looking but only would change to match my hands but not a big deal. The woman did my nails, and I dont remember her saying her name, but she was nice. The quality and style of her process were nice, but the overall reason I will come back is the communication part. She constantly communicated with me. Is this ok? Do you prefer this? Is this how you wanted them shaped? Not alot of nail techs communicate and care to carry a basic conversation. I was not treated as a number like when I went into Vans nail salon. I appreciate the little things and i would just ask more specifics next time around. My husband loved my nails and if he approves then its all good.
