Les W. Ms. Patricia Luiso is my, yes possessive sense, service advisor, exclusively. Stay tuned while I quantify that statement… I’ve interacted with “Tricia” since her initial employment, that being several years and numerous new vehicle purchases ago. She has treated me with the same professionalism each visit. She is extremely knowledgeable with the product line(s), knowing what my vehicles need next or how to resolve an issue without hesitation. This recent visit was a routine service including oil change. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment and as per norm, the service documents were already prepared, and she immediately departed with the vehicle. Forty-three minutes later it was returned with a smile. I very rarely receive this level of customer service with any other industry. I cringe at the thought of her departing, but fact is, young energetic talent of this caliber moves on and up quickly. 5 Stars all around.

Rob Martin Southeast Automotive and Equipment Repair have already done my brakes, replaced a belt tensioner and top motor mount. Im totally pleased with the outcome and the cost. Ive got a few more things needed done and they will be doing those repairs also. Shelton and Pedro are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and concerned about your safety and ensure the repairs are done correctly and efficiently. Great people with honesty. Highly recommended!

Mr.Edgar is very attentive and always answered my calls and answered any questions I had during the entire process, when that tree limb fell and hit my brand new truck I was devastated didn’t know where to go but after being referred to Mr.Edgar shop by my big brother who lives all the way on the west coast, I now know where I will be going for all my vehicles for any type of issues! Got my baby in and out as quickly as he could and his work… well the pictures speak for themselves! Made it look like nothing never happened!
