Arthur Marcus Dr Sension is a pleasure to talk to. He talks and listens without being tied to his computer. The office is not like a busy factory. Instead it feels much more personal and professional without all the craziness which can be all too typical today.

Im Him You have been warned. Omg, the staff at this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. They simply dont care about you- the patient. Stay away from this place, youll be better off going to an emergency room.

Mrs. Betty Quero Had to take my mother in to the Emergency room. She was placed on the hallway due to the overflow of patients. Therefore I had the advantage of seeing everyone in action. My mother received exceptional attention and the staff is marvelous, professional and work in harmony like a fine tune piano. Unfortunately there is one bad apple in the bunch which should not spoil the image of the rest. While a nurse is asking questions to a patient to assess her awareness; a nurse walks up an makes a derogatory and extremely rude political remark. In my opinion this nurse lacks the respect and professionalism that the rest of the staff demonstrates to uphold. This is a hospital where people come to receive care regardless of political beliefs, color, race, sexual preference or religion. Attach is a picture of this nurse so you will not be surprised of her performance if you ever have to deal with her.

Joe Trainor I had my first annual wellness apointment with Dr. Rodriguez today and he was great! He really listened to my needs and wanted to know the concerns that were on MY mind. How refreshing for a doctor. He really addressed all my concerns and followed up with things for me to do in the app and also sent the referrals in the app. Dr. Rodriguez is top notch in my opinion. Another great part about the visit is that I was able to get my labs done right at the office. No separate trip to Quest.... Finally, the place is really beautiful. Ive attached some pictures. Its so clean and is a nice environment. The checkin person asked if I had any favorite types of music and that she could play on the music system. I highly recommend this place and Medical One. Just as a disclosure, I traveled from Palm Beach County for this appointment and dont regret it for a minute. The most productive time Ive had at a doctors office in years...

Sadie Howell Hands down the best primary physician I ever been too! Everyone in the office is so knowledgeable and helpful! Even after hours, they do their best to accommodate you! Really makes you feel like you’re not alone in the world, I don’t feel like just another patient! The wait times are not long at all, they counsel and support you through it all. I’ve had 2 surgeries and each time they going to bat for me to make sure that I’m situated and being treated professionally! Words can’t describe the kind of care they give, it’s more like a really good feeling!! I’ve been going there for 10 years and will be going another 10 more!!

Fleming Tasha “Renee” I had a great experience during my visit this past Monday, December 16, 2024. I highly recommend this facility. One of the front desk workers was very nice and pleasant. The other front desk worker —- not so much. However, do not be discouraged —with a little communication and self-awareness of how customers perceive her “fixed scowl” facial expression, she can remedy this. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. This is always a bonus when you are feeling unwell. Once I was called to the back, everyone from the nurse, doctor, and radiologist were extremely professional and kind. Again, an overall exceptional experience!!!!

Tiago Cipolini Franzon is great doctor, care a lot to his patients even calls personally to check upon them, all the crew is nice and polite, and he has the best secretary ever, Samantha put a lot of effort to help the patients with they prescriptions mainly the ones the insurance gives hard time! Thank you Samantha YOU ARE THE BEST!

Md Nazibul Haq An outstanding resource for improving the performance of physicians preparing to take the USMLE is the Doctor in USA course. The delivery of the course in Spanish makes it special since it helps students get past the language barrier and improves their understanding and memory of the material. It is simpler to prepare without feeling overburdened by several sources thanks to the classes clear structure, conciseness, and provision of all the material needed to apply to the question banks. When I took and passed step 1, I found this course to be quite beneficial. To anyone trying to be ready for the USMLE exam, I heartily suggest it.

Peter Solomon Very disappointed with the staff, and how they handle the patients, Dr Dunhill is an amazing doctor and have no problem with him. However, phone calls barely get call back prescription refills rarely get refilled, and my most recent incident just put the nail in the coffin. I had a 730 bloodwork exam. I got a call the night before from my person saying that I had to be there at 7:15. I arrived promptly at 7:15 in the parking lot was empty except for one other car. The doors were locked and the lights were out, so I waited outside, after a while I saw a single person inside walking around, turning on the lights and eventually open the door. I went inside and checked in for my exam, he told me to be seated because I will be called any second now. I asked if the nurses are already in because it seems like nobody else is there. He said no, no everyone’s here. I would’ve easily gone out to my car and done some work and rearrange my schedule. Should I thought that this would’ve gone on like it did. So I sat in the waiting room and at 7:40 and went up and asked again saying that my appointment was at 7:30 and he said they’re gonna be calling you any minute. I asked again are you sure people have arrived because it still looks like it’s an empty office. I had not seen anybody walking in and out. He said I already told you everybody’s here. I even said why was I called at 7:15 tonight yet even be seen at 7:40, and he said that’s an automated message that we have no control over. I said automated messages can be programmed to anytime you say, however, this call was a live person. so I sat down again at about 745 he went to the back to check if anybody was in the nurses station and came out without giving me any acknowledgment. At about 750 I decided I’m not going to wait anymore with misinformation. I got up and left. Very disappointed as I had been fasting for the exam I had back to back appointments booked, and I made the time to come in for a bloodwork, I could’ve easily imagined calling my appointments to postpone them if the front desk person were more straightforward with me. But the way this was handled was atrocious. I’m gonna have my blood work done at quest

Maricela luna Had a great experience at this hospital. Clean, organized, no waiting time. Nurses & paramedics were great! Dr.Javier Talamo is an AMAZING doctor. He has patience, explains in details and thinks of every possible test that can be done to identify your diagnosis. We need more doctors like him. Thank you HCA staff so much for your hard work and for a smooth visit.
