1 /5 gianna tarrats: First time going definitely disappointed, I usually do my own nails but it was my bday so I wanted to get pampered but I noticed some “short cuts” with the process of doing my nails. She seemed to rushed through it and they only lasted a week. I got a full acrylic set with gel French tip came out to $90. The woman was very nice but she didn’t use any primer and did a very thin application. They were pretty but quality wasn’t there. You tell with the pictures that there’s already lifting and cracks within the middle and this is all within the same week of getting them done. In reply to your owners response, my review was 11 days after getting them done and that picture was the same week. Nobody should have to get a fill within 7-11 days after paying 80 dollars. And yes I did leave a ten dollar tip because I work within the service industry and always tip I do not stiff even after bad service. I did not jam my finger my nail broke because of the quality of the products you use and the rushed thin application. To detail more what I meant about rushing the process and you can go look at the cameras again to watch, when she glued my nails she didnt apply pressure and wait for the tip and glue to be bonded correctly with my nail . Hence why my nails are cracked and breaking off at the tip point. Ive never had cracks in my acrylic starting at the cuticle even after hitting my nails. For a 80 dollar set I shouldnt have to complain or come back to get something fixed. Shows a lot about the quality of the products, work and professionalism. As the owner for you to try and blame the client for a crappy set is very unprofessional. And not to mention I noticed she used a used nail file which is against health code. 5 /5 Tiffany Mershon: Jenny is AWESOME! I needed a polish change and shes great! Sonny is the BEST! After trying a few other nail salons, Maxim is my go to for a little pampering. Theyre professional, safe, and clean. They wear mask and have shields at every station. Huge color selections and they have done an awesome job with every design I through at them. Ive done holiday designs from marble easter eggs, shamrocks, and more. Vivian does my nails perfect every time! Ive had a few other nail technicians who have done great job too. I love this place and you will too!

5 /5 abigail vazquez: Amazing. The inside is so beautiful i thought I was going to pay a lot!! Not at all! Plus they allow two colors w/o extra charge. The lady who did my nails , I think Zee, was the sweetest and most kindhearted! In love with the design! Great ambiance . Love love love

5 /5 Alexandra Lopez: My first time here with my sister. We had an amazing experience! Great establishment and pricing. Front staff was incredibly hospitable. Tammy and Hanna did our nails. We both got a cat eye acrylic set, which came out stunning! Tammy was so friendly and personable. Her talent and efficiency was outstanding. She did the green eye cat set. Hanna was top notch as well. Her work on the design blew our minds. She did the red eye cat set with the flower design. We would definitely be doing our nails here from now on. I highly recommend.

5 /5 Katie Larkin: Had a fantastic deluxe pedicure with gel polish by Hannah. I have 2 high maintenance big toe nails and she was able to accommodate and boy do they feel and look so much better. Everyone here is super friendly and if their pedicure is this good, I’m sure they are fantastic with manicures as well. Will definitely return in the future.
