5 /5 Isabella Santana: J&J Auto Repair was truly a godsend! After our car was damaged in a parking lot hit-and-run, we were bracing ourselves for a lengthy and expensive repair process. The next morning, we took the car to J&J, and from the moment we arrived, the owner treated us like old friends. He was honest, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable, immediately putting us at ease. To our amazement, just a couple of hours later, they called to let us know the car was ready. When we saw it, it was as if the damage had never happened—absolutely flawless work. The quality of their craftsmanship was matched only by their fairness. The price was more than reasonable, and their professionalism was outstanding. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring auto repair shop, I can’t recommend J&J highly enough.

1 /5 bryan walsh: I called and made an appointment to drop my truck off to have the knock sensor replaced. The receptionist told me to bring it in on Thursday. I showed up on Thursday and the office was closed. Went into the shop and the owner was there. He told me that I didnt call and make an appointment and that they dont even replace knock sensors. I told him that I did make an appointment and i spoke with the receptionist. He insisted that I didnt call and was very rude acting like I was Inconveniencing him. I definitely wont be taking any vehicles there anymore. Very unprofessional establishment.

5 /5 Doreen Painter: If youre curious of the service you will receive at j and js. Take the time to read this post. I first took my car to an undisclosed shop and was told. I needed several things done to it. I took it after that to j and js. J. And j was honest enough to say I did not need all that done. They fixed my car in a timely fashion at a good fair price. I would recommend them highly to anyone and they will be my mechanics from now on.
