Boston Leemyers I called to let them know a life saving medication that they prescribed me could not be filled by any pharmacy. They refused to send a note to the doctor so they were aware to stop prescribing this medication unless you are intentionally setting patients up for failure. The nurse said it was my problem not hers & hung up the phone on me mid sentence. Do not waste your time with a facility that only wants your money and has no desire to help you. s

Qydru Harper-Brunson Dr.Hood, Nurse Aira, Nurse Laurel in Shands Hospital ER are very kind and compassionate. I was feeling very left out when it came to my own care but they made sure to inform me on everything. Doctor Hood was my admitting doctor and he is very kind and thorough. Nurse Aira was my admitting nurse and she extremely thoughtful, kind, and fast sometimes too fast and that is not to say in a negative way but it can be overwhelming but other than that shes a great nurse. Nurse Laurel is so kind and very sweet, She made sure to feed me and communicated well with the doctors about me being frustrated due to not being informed. Other than that all the other staff and medical professionals seemed great but I didnt have enough interaction with them to actually tell.

PANDA star Ive been going here for my HRT. They were the only ones that would help me in my case. Im also uninsured, so having appointments and blood tests done free is a tremendous help! I had a situation where I wasnt able to get my meds from Wal-Mart, but the staff stayed on top of it. People will complain about this place but fail to remember that these are med students with doctors and we are able to be seen for free.. Forever gratful dor Equal Access

Penny LaIacona Excellent visit with Dr John Burton and Nurse Stacey! Had a recheck on my lab results. Went into their lab at 9: am for blood draw. That procedure was done in less than 2 minutes- NO waiting. And I was seen promptly at 11:30 by both Nurse and Dr. I couldn’t be happier. I had plenty of time for lunch and shopping afterward. I was out by 11:53. Dr Burton is the best!

Larry Moore I have been so pleased with Dr McCauleys knowledge. He right away caught me up on tests I had not had. He goes over the meds and when I talk, he really listens. Thank you for the personal care that is given by ALL who work at this office. S.Moore

Anthony Allmon Catrina the Nurse made my last two days very happy I got out just yesterday. Super happy to be with my kids now. I would like to thank the nurses, Dr. Kirby and his surgery team, tech and maintenance for keeping a great vibe. The room was always very clean. Nice to see how they do their job with their teams. Manee Shrestha I just went here Dec7 last week.The service was very fast and clean with new building. I was taken in very quickly in the bed. The nurses , doctors and staffs were so kind and amazing. I got my results for CT and Urinary infection immediately but I ‘m still waiting for my blood test result now. I hope so I will get it soon . Thank you so much.!!

Jan Schneider Worth the wait. We were rescheduled twice and it took about 9 mounts to get in but very worth the wait for Parkinson’s. Excellent evaluations by physician, speech, OT and PT. Easy access by car and all services are in the same clean and well kept building.

J.B. Lodge I woke up with a sore, swollen, infected toe And did not know what caused it. The podiatrist, Cindy McDonald, worked me in the very next day. She gently cleaned and treated it and explained to me what it happened. I would highly recommend her.
