1 /5 Jake Andersen: Terrible. Told them I was stranded on the side of the highway and he said he would be there in 45 minutes. I thought this would be great since several other places said three hours. An hour and a half later no one had showed up and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I called another place that I had talked to previously and he said he would be on the way shortly. they showed up figured out the problem quickly. Got it fixed and got me on my way.

5 /5 Martin Randalow: Christmas Night Hero! (12/25/24) My truck was broke down along I-75 with electrical problems near Lake City Florida. AAA failed to answer the phone and their app was useless which left me 100% stranded. Hence my call to Mag 24 Hour Service where Michael answered immediately and went the extra mile to not only get me off the dangerous highway, he had me 100% repaired (Bad Alternator) and back on the road that night (Yes, Christmas night!) My experience with Michael was stellar as he responded super fast, had a game plan to safely diagnose the issue and repaired it that evening for a reasonable fee. 5 /5 Sean Sellars: Best experience with a flat tire we’ve ever had! We have very odd size tires so it was nearly impossible to find anyone that could help us until we called Mags. He went and picked up the tires we needed 3 hours away, brought them to us, mounted and balanced them and put them on the car. Went above and beyond, excellent service, very friendly, great prices! Would highly recommend, takes great pride in his work and truly cares about the customer! Very rare to find someone like this nowadays! Rating: A+++++++

1 /5 Ahmad ALNOUR: My name is Ahmad this road service guy stay away from him he’s big scam guy I have issues with one bad tire he charges me $1000 and other issues my air dryer leaking he told me other way leaking from air volv or air dryer need replacement and he take out air volv and he take pictures from vin number and he said tomorrow morning I’m Frightliner dealer I take the part and I will come fexd for you and next morning he doesn’t pick up the phone and I call police they are coming over to me and they keep calling him all the time after pick up the phone they told him bring back the part you take out from the truck and after that he bring the air dryer volv I have Frightliner cascade 2018
