5 /5 Chloe Kennedy: My mom has been going to Chris for years and I just got my first nail set from her and I love them so much. I will never not have nails now. Chris is funny and does a killer job. The salon is adorable and I cant wait to go back again.

I got my eyelashes done for the first time today and she made sure to explain everything to me. The salon is always so clean.

1 /5 licia trotta: As I tried to handle this through management initially. I left 2 detailed messages. No response. There have been a few incidents that have led me to this point and review. As much as I now pity the business owner Chris and learned of her pattern of her business tactics I definitely feel that clients and future clients deserve to know her true ways. She comes off friendly but clearly has issues. She charges me a no show fee when I had the very last appointment of day I tried calling a few times as I am stuck on side of road from a very low tire. I could not reach anyone . They could have tried to call me to see where I was, to see If I was on my way. I decided to let that go as I felt bad I was not able to make appointment. I return a couple months later to have nails done only to find out my tech was not there any longer so I trusted the owner Chris to service me. As I sit there she gets very comfortable speaking to me about how lazy and terrible her staff were. They were not working that day. She went on about how they do not have good work ethic and how they do not want to work or post their finished work on instagram for advertisement. She went on about how they leave and go home whenever they want and how their percentage of commission is unfair to her and how other business owner tell her she is too generous to her staff . She said they do not smile and are not friendly. She went on and on about her staff . I was appalled at her behaviour let alone as an employer and business owner. She was self destructing and unnecessarily speaking badly about her staff. I thought to myself if she could speak this way of her her staff how will she speak of me or her clients once we step foot out of her door??? She was disturbingly inappropriate. A week went by and a nail had completely fell off . So with hesitation I decided to call and ask for a repair since it had only been a week. The owner Chris answers and quickly said she had no time to do a single nail repair and puts me with one her technicians who she previously described as an unfriendly staff member. I was very uncomfortable but had an event that evening and needed it taking care of. The technician was amazing and very friendly Cursti . I was charged 10.00 plus tip. As much as I had no issues paying because she did the work I should have been taken care of by Chris who did my nails initially at no charge, due to time frame. I am never going back as I feel Chris the owner is extremely unprofessional and makes it very uncomfortable as she she speaks about her staff terribly and does not know how to treat her clients. She uses very vulgar language and is not sensitive to how others may feel when she gives her insensitive opinions on many aspects of life out loud .She has no concern for others feelings and speaks loudly for everyone to hear no matter who is around. Clients do not need to hear offensive opinions and vulgar language . As she has a right to her opinions ,in a business setting especially her own , she should refrain if she wants people to return she should think before she speaks. She personally informed me that she was prohibited from entering many places in the future due to her behaviour. She is counter productive and inappropriate and certainly does not know how to make her business grow. She has ignored my phone calls as I tried to rectify a concern. Unfortunately , I needed to write a review so clients and future prospects are aware of what is going on . They should not be made to feel uncomfortable that they will be spoken badly about when they leave after supporting her business. Just a few business tips Chris......Business 101: Think before you speak if possible . 1 dissatisfied potential 1000 lost. Needing to be right /ignoring client concerns /you will lose. I would worry about Grand closing not Grand opening ! btw she only allows good reviews and deletes your account so you cant write a negative review thats why she is 5 star DISHONEST/SNEAKY. I tried to leave review and it said I could not because I never had service there REALLY??
