5 /5 Kenai Otero: Well, well, for this person LAUREN WILDER who wants to hurt my manicurist Zully, I INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN DOING MY HANDS AND FEET WITH HER for 1 year and she has never wanted to remove my nails, she always looks for someone else, maybe you moved your feet while she was cleaning the side and thats when it happened, but Im sure it didnt happen as you say, that girl does her job very well, have a little more empathy when you go to refer to the people, she has many clients and we know the quality of her work, so I ask you please not to damage the image of good and hard-working people.fresca

1 /5 Lauren Wilder: If I could give a zero, I would. I walked into this place In hopes of getting a relaxing pedicure and manicure while waiting for my car windshield to get replaced…. I walked in and was a bit hesitant at first. Off the bat, it looked dirty and smelled funny in the salon. I was immediately greeted by a lady who none the less seemed very nice. She started doing my toes and I noticed she was digging and I was in pain. I made it clear multiple times that it hurt by pulling back and saying “ow” but she didn’t speak much English. She continued to pull out ingrown toe nails on both big toes. She did not hold back even though it was clear I was in pain. I’m not a confrontational person so it was difficult to let her know this. Long story short, she had BOTH my toe nails gushing in blood to the point where she couldn’t even paint the two big nails until she controlled the bleeding. She didn’t apologize once or ask if I was okay. Meanwhile, three days later Ive been trying to keep the open wounds clean and not infected. However, I may need to go to emergency room to get this resolved because there is puss in both wounds. Her tools didn’t seem clean. The first day after, I could barely even walk because my toes were so sore. Then she did my nails after (while other nail artists were vaping inside and derogatory music playing) and they are already chipping 3 days later. This is why I don’t usually go to places I’m unfamiliar with. But it’s unfortunate because I saw the 5 star reviews and had high expectations…. No manager or owner was present the whole time I was there and I was super uncomfortable….. do better. Hopefully this review can help others.
