5 /5 Raquel Safar: My review won’t be enough to express my gratitude. Lake Lucerne Dentistry is a very well located and equipped facility and has an outstanding team. I am particularly pleased with Dr. Erik Karacheban’s work who did everything to decrease my anxiety making it possible for me to have my teeth done. The whole team took very good care of me since my first appointment but Dr Erik is another level. If it wasn’t for him I would have kept postponing my treatment. He’s very humane, kind, patient and performed an amazing job. I am very grateful for my experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

For years I have always been told I could never get an implant on my front tooth and finallllyyyyy a dentist who looked at me one time and said “no problem, you have great bone to attach to and we can get this done for you” the relief I felt after 20+ years of being told no is something unexplainable. The staff, and family run environment makes you feel at home and as if you yourself are part of their family. I highly recommend this practice to anyone for any dental needs!! Don’t hesitate and book with them asap!

Madalena answered my call, listened attentively to my needs and concerns, and went above and beyond to schedule a tooth replacement before the holidays. This allowed me to travel with a proper smile. Their team truly went the extra mile to squeeze me into a spot on short notice, showing genuine empathy and dedication. Dr. Gustavo was equally remarkable. He took the time to explain the implant process in great detail, making sure I understood all my options. This level of education and transparency is rare and deeply appreciated. They don’t just sell services here—they prioritize patient education, empowering you to make informed decisions about your oral health. In addition to all this, the office is helping me address my grinding issues, significantly alleviating my pain. Their advanced technology is incomparable to other offices I’ve visited. The ability to see my teeth in 3D has made a world of difference in understanding my treatment. My husband is also receiving exceptional care, including cleanings and evaluations, to enhance his smile. The team at the front desk is wonderful—they remember you, take the time to know your family, and even try to arrange joint appointments if multiple family members are undergoing treatment. I also love that they speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish, making communication seamless for a diverse group of patients. It shows how they are aware of inclusion. Achieving a perfect smile and maintaining oral health isn’t easy in this country, but this office makes it possible. Their kindness, professionalism, and cutting-edge approach set them apart. I’m incredibly grateful to have found them and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of exceptional dental care.

Madeleine and Dr. Gustavo take every bit of effort to make you not only feel welcomed but take sooo much time answering any questions we had. We researched all kinds of implant dentists, all on four/six dentists and we finally decided to trust the reviews we read and go with this place. They give you one price up front, they help you with financing, and they havent went up on any kind of pricing since the quote. I could not ask for a better team, staff, and operation. Every single person in that building showed genuine care and a love for their craft.

I have been a patient for 25+ years and after seeing the technological advancements and highly skilled Dental Staff, I decided to replace all four front crowns. Dr. G used laser precision to ensure superlative results. He has artistic skills and designed more beautiful and natural looking teeth. Being treated with care coupled with Dr. Gs gentle and exceptional talent was mastery and first class. I never had a moment of discomfort and he provided his undivided attention to my case.
