1 /5 Laura Felker: Left this office after being a 10 year patient. I was told I needed to pay about $250 for one cavity even though my insurance covers 90% and I should have only been estimated $40. When I alerted the front office to this mistake and asked them to call my insurance to confirm their mistake, they refused. I had to call my insurance myself and add them to the call with the dentist office and the insurance confirmed their mistake. The office still refused to correct this mistake in any meaningful way and said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to adjust. And if I want to even schedule the appointment for the cavity, I need to pay at least about $120 which was three times the cost I’m supposed to pay. I went to a different dentist about the same cavity and I had zero issues immediately being estimated the $40 cost. In addition, the new office customer service is HEAD AND SHOULDERS BEYOND the front desk service at this establishment. On top of all that, the actual dental cleaning at the new office was much more thorough than I became used to with this office. Overall as a long term patient I saw a severe decline in service as soon as Sheila became the front desk operator. When discussing my concerns over billing she couldn’t tell me what 10% of $100 is. She has also done a terrible job when I need anything besides a routine cleaning done. Including not calling me back when I’m in pain and trying to get me to pay the incorrect amount for the cavity 6 times despite telling her many times I physically can’t afford the inflated estimate.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff, I had my annual checkup and cleaning my hygienist was very gentle. setting a positive tone for my entire visit. Thank you, Dr. for making my dental experience so positive. I look forward to my next visit!

5 /5 Austin Rampt: Dr G and his entire staff are incredible. I had a full set of crowns done on my top row and whitening after 2 years of braces. They helped me to feel comfortable every step of the way and did an absolutely incredible job. I couldnt be happier.

5 /5 Brittany Hingle: Staff was super friendly and professional! Dr. Ghetiya and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this practice to others and I will be returning for my cleanings every 6 months!
