Les W. Ms. Patricia Luiso is my, yes possessive sense, service advisor, exclusively. Stay tuned while I quantify that statement… I’ve interacted with “Tricia” since her initial employment, that being several years and numerous new vehicle purchases ago. She has treated me with the same professionalism each visit. She is extremely knowledgeable with the product line(s), knowing what my vehicles need next or how to resolve an issue without hesitation. This recent visit was a routine service including oil change. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment and as per norm, the service documents were already prepared, and she immediately departed with the vehicle. Forty-three minutes later it was returned with a smile. I very rarely receive this level of customer service with any other industry. I cringe at the thought of her departing, but fact is, young energetic talent of this caliber moves on and up quickly. 5 Stars all around.

Damian P This was only my second visit to these great folks, but I have to say they are definitely getting all my tire, brake, and alignment business from now on! They do great work, are conveniently located (you dont have to tolerate the madness of Lake City traffic), quick, and are easy on the ole wallet. Jackie Mccanless John is absolutely amazing. My truck was at another shop who told me only ford could fix it, then it was at the ford dealership for 2 weeks, $4k later and the problem still wasn’t fixed. the engine continued to misfire and ac wouldn’t work. John figured out the problem and had it fixed the same day for a much more responsible price. I wish I would’ve went to him first, Definitely recommend this place!

Tanzania Williams Dave was amazing. I called in regarding my car making weird noises, he told me to bring it in and within 30 minutes he had me out the door. Smooth sailing. Highly recommend this shop.

Garrel Behrends Had a car break down on a trip to Illinois. Needed a new transmission. The dealership in town failed me and based on reviews, Triple D was selected. What a lucky choice. Dennis was wonderful. He not only repaired the car he did it on a time crunch. He made some promises and followed through on everything. Too bad I couldn’t give more than 5 stars. Sam was also very helpful and court.
