4 /5 Kayla: I recently visited this salon for the first time. I originally booked my appointment over a month ago but had to reschedule to a later date due to personal reasons. A few weeks later, I needed to adjust the time again because of traffic—my nail salon is about 30 minutes from my job during rush hour. Throughout the process, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful every time I spoke with her on the phone.
As for my experience, I couldn’t be happier with my nails! Betty did an amazing job, and I’ve never been more in love with them. I’m definitely coming back to get my hands done again.
Everyone at the salon was very sweet. My only complaint—though it’s no fault of theirs—is the awful Miami traffic. When I checked beforehand, my drive was estimated at 15 minutes, but rush hour doubled that time. Even so, I arrived on time for my 5:30 PM appointment. However, I still had to wait 23 minutes before someone was available to start my pedicure before Betty did my hands.
Overall, I loved my experience and can’t wait to return!
