Not only that, the owner only had to sit in my car and turn it on to check what it was. He knew right away what was the damage and had the parts in hand. Nick Sweeney Honest company that did outstanding body work on my Lexus IS 250. I purchased the vehicle in 2017 and it carried a salvage title due to a rear end accident. The roof of my Lexus began cracking and experiencing corrosion. Other companies provided quotes to weld/patch the roof. Master Auto Tech suggested I needed to replace the roof to do the job correctly and prevent future issues. They quoted me a very reasonable price to remove the roof, weld in a new one and paint. It was very fortunate that I listened to them because after removing the roof and interior, they discovered there were underlying issues with the structural support of the roof because previous accident repair was not done correctly. If I ignored these issues, the roof cracks would have returned. Master Auto Tech corrected these issues. Despite the fact that this extra work was not included in their estimate, they honoured the original quote they provided to me. Additionally, I was having issues with water getting into the trunk when I went through car washes. They discovered a drain line was installed incorrectly and they fixed this. This is a company that you can trust. Im very happy with the job they did for me.

RAYVEN I had a frustrating experience with other repair shops before finding City Auto Express. One shop took two days just to diagnose my car, while the dealership did the same and gave me an outrageous quote based on lies. Both places wasted my time and money, and my AC was still not fixed. Thankfully, I called City Auto Express, and from the start, their service was exceptional. I spoke with Evette, who was professional, honest, and straightforward about the process. Within a couple of hours, Alfredo had my car diagnosed, and by the next day, it was fixed and ready for pickup. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. silent-ninja [FGC] My G35 had some misfires and was running rough. Kevin knew immediately what it was and changed out my spark plugs and ignition coils for me. Did an excellent job, did not charge an arm and a leg, and it was done quick. My baby is running like new again. Will definitely be going ALL IN 1 for any future needs. Highly recommend. Elsa Chen AD1 is the best!!! They are very reliable and honest, and they are excellent at what they do. They replaced my car starter this past week, and it did not take very long at all. Not only that, but the price was fair. I highly recommend their services!!!

Kraken Auto & Collision Last month I went on vacation with my family to Kissimmee Florida and a family members car had an issue with a speed sensor. I purchased the part at advance auto and scheduled an installation with Mr. Munoz over the phone. I explained to him the situation and Mr. Munoz was very friendly and eager to help me. He told me to bring it in the next day. The next day I drove to Mr. Munoz shop and was greeted by a friend of his and was asked to wait for Mr. Munoz as he will be right with me. The offered me Ice cold water as it was a very humid hot day. Mr. Munoz finally came out and quickly took my vehicle in and started working on it. He installed my part and test drove the vehicle. The issue continued and the vehicle kept stalling. The hub needed to be replaced as well. I know this because I own a shop here in NY. I never said this to Mr. Munoz. He did all the talking and explained the issue that needed to be addressed in order to complete the repair. Mr. Munoz in my opinion is very honest and fair with his prices. He never over sold anything and was up front with everything. I would recommend Mr. Munoz for auto repair and I will be stopping by in the future to at least say hello. Thank you !!!

Quinn G Had a great overall experience. Do yourself a favor and come here first to have your vehicle serviced. Brought my bmw here a few days ago and let me tell you these guys do a thorough job. Came in to address a sound coming from my cv axle. Paid for the diagnostic and they found another major issue with the suspension that was allegedly “ fixed” by another shop a few months prior. Jonathan was able to address both issues in a timely matter. He also pointed out other things that would need servicing in the future. This place is not the cheapest, but I can confidently say I trust this shop with all future repair and maintenance issues with my bimmer. Thank you again for going above and beyond to get me back rolling.
