Jessica Morales I can’t begin to say enough amazing things about this shop! In a time where they nickel and dime you this shop tells you straight up what you will pay and give you options. Not only that, the owner only had to sit in my car and turn it on to check what it was. He knew right away what was the damage and had the parts in hand. Literally had my car back to new in 2 hours at half the price of any other shop!As a single mom every help is a welcomed one. I’m so very happy that I came across them. Delores Andrijiszyn I cant recommend Ideal Service Center enough! I would give them 100 stars if it were an option! I have visited their shop approximately 6 times and being a single female, I am always on guard of feeling like I am going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge! Not here, they explain all work in detail so you have no surprise charges and understand what you are paying for. They are welcoming, prompt with appointment times and extremely courteous! A few years ago Mazda told me I needed over 3000.00 worth of work on my vehicle. I wanted a second opinion and was referred to this Shop. Upon checking, the mechanics at Ideal Service Center stated I needed none of the work Mazda recommended and to this day (3 yrs later), I still need none of it. I am so happy I found this shop and I without a doubt trust them implicitly! I want to give a big shout out to the Advisors Ray, Rodney and Ed as well as the mechanics! This will forever be my shop of choice!

Eme Oner These guys did a great job replacing the ac compressor on my civic. They got it ice cold and only recommended using Oem parts. No more melting in the Florida heat.

Angela Masocol Tony was an Angel! After an exhausting few days of trying to find someone to fix my son’s truck (water pump leak), he answered and we exchanged information by text. I honestly was so exhausted from many repair shops that were really busy so I didn’t really expect an answer so quick. Contacted him Saturday and we scheduled to begin work on Monday morning 8:30am. He was prompt and very communicative. He completed the replacement of water pump and serpentine belt. He then followed up to make sure no leaks. No leaks and everything was great! Whew! I feel comfortable knowing my son’s truck is back up and running while I’m away at work. He even gave us tips on routine maintenance etc. He was very honest and so kind. Kinda cool watching him work. Reminded me so much of my dad. So kind and never made me feel I was an inconvenience. What a blessing!

Reynaldo’s professionalism, clear communication, and top notch customer service kept me in the loop, while their expertise in electrical and diagnostic challenges finally fixed the issue. The best part? The invoice was fair for the time and effort they invested. If you need skilled, honest repairs, especially on tough cases, this is the place to go!

CARMEN NEGRON My husband took his 2004 Mustang Monday morning for the first time to this shop. The car needed a mayor job done but they were able to accommodate the service and fix it the same day. Really fair prices for sure. I’m glad we found a place that we can trust for future repairs. We Recomended 100%. Update 1.5 years later We just can say good things about this automotive shop their mechanic service is over the top. Diego and his team are the best he is a honest and fair business man. He is our mechanic of our 2 cars and our 3 girls car mechanic as well. We won’t change Diego for no one else. Also you go to his shop and they have a little coffee shop where you can sit and eat a little something and drink coffee or soda. Thank you Diego for all you do for our family Carmen & Juny
