1 /5 Gary: We had an oil change at Jimmys Automotive. Our car, is driven infrequently (about four times a year), had its oil changed there. This vehicles engine takes 6 quarts of oil. We noticed the van was sluggish after the oil change but didnt think much of it. But seemed to be an issue so we just took it to the dealer, we were informed that the engine was significantly overfilled, containing 7.5 quarts of oil. This suggests either an incomplete drain of the old oil or an incorrect amount added, possibly due to unfamiliarity with the specific oil checking procedure for Pentastar engines. The extent of any potential damage from this overfill is currently unknown, which is a significant concern.

1 /5 ashley barton: We took out jeep here for a new engine. We get it back and had to come back 3 times in a week and half for things to be fixed. One of those it was no fixed properly, we were never given the option on how it was fixed either. 2 days after the last "fix" something popped in the engine and it caught fire with us inside. The owner would never speak to us, only his mechanic. We were told "insurance will cover it". Yea, they covered the cost of our jeep but not the $10,000 for the new engine and shoddy work. We arent the first people with this problem either, I wish we would have known about this chop shop before we went there.

5 /5 Gilbert Nichols: I called the shop to find out what they charged for an oil change for my Toyota minivan and spoke with Jimmy, the owner. He assured me that he would have a couple options and that he could take me in as soon as I arrived. Everyone is very friendly and I feel confident that they are treating me right. I heard Jimmy say that he’s had the shop the late 1990s, but has been acquainted with the business for many years prior. A good reputation is of more value than great riches!

5 /5 Angie Curtis: I brought my 2015 Lexus here today to have a noise coming from the right tire looked at, after being dismissed by 2 other tire places in town. The front desk girl was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman took my keys and promptly returned them after tightening all of the lug nuts (that were apparently loose after a tire rotation elsewhere) and test driving it to make sure the noise was gone. All of this was done for free! Words cannot express my appreciation and relief that it was such a simple fix and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone with a vehicle! I will definitely be back for all of my car care moving forward! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
