A. L. Haskins I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Town Center, Jacksonville, FL! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. I’d like to give special thanks to Myia, Sarah, Jada, and Aileen for their professionalism and customer service care. Aileen, in particular, provided an incredibly gentle cleaning, and I was so impressed by her soft-touch skill and kindness. Kacey was also wonderful in assisting me through the process and ensuring everything was running smoothly. The turnaround time for my dental services was shockingly fast, and all services were efficiently performed with great care. I truly appreciated how well everything was handled, making my visit so much more enjoyable. And of course, Dr. Miller is top-notch! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and hands-on with his team. It’s clear he takes pride in delivering the best care for his patients, and support to his team. The entire team at Aspen Dental truly made my visit stress-free, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Riverside Dental: Michael D. Spencer DDS
Geraldine Whitaker My first experience with Riverside Dental was several years ago. I had a great experience with the team at that time. My situation at the time was not as major as it is today. The staff was great then. My problem is my own because I didnt follow up as I probably should have , and caused myself major issues. In spite of this when I had to come back, I received an excellent concerned evaluation of my situation. I was surprised to see Dr. Spencer. He referred that I see a Surgeon at UF Health, Dr. Fernandez. However, I was assigned to Dr. Caruso. I never saw him - just his assistants. That was not a pleasant encounter at all because I felt they could care less about resolving my issue because of my age and other reasons. When I reported back to Riverside, the team gave me a hopeful assessment. They all were great. Dr. Spencer even helped me get out of my car and into the building because I need Hip surgery too. The Surgeon evaluated my issue and gave me hope. Dr. Spencer stated that he was going to reach out to Dr. Fernandez again. Even the office staff was awesome. I would recommend Riverside Dental to anyone that will listen.

Reedy Branch Family Dentistry
charlette koning For a dentist office everyone is happy and very pleasant. I always dreaded going to the dentist office but I have to say that is NOT the case with Reedy Branch Dentist office. I always hate the nova cane your mouth aches for several days. But todays shot didn’t hit at all and there is no pain after it wares off.

Sage Dental of Jacksonville at Town Center (formerly Town Center Dental Group)
Lauren Keul I have not been to the dentist in about 5 years. I was so nervous to go to a new dentist. Sage Dental was amazing. After the exam, I had a mild case of gingivitis and they were able to do the cleaning right away & made sure I was not in any pain during the in depth cleaning. The staff were very welcoming & answered all of my questions and concerns. Mo, Dr Ross, and I don’t remember the name of the lovely dental hygienist (think it started with an M) made this a memorable experience! I will definitely be back. Thank you to all!

Danei Prado Dr. Wilbur is not only an excellent dentist, she is a ray of sunshine, a very kind and patient person. She always takes the time to explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions. I always feel comfortable and confident when Im in her care. If visits to the dentist are not your thing, you need to go see Dr. Wilbur. Her and her staff will change your mind about visits to the dentist and you will have a great experience! Chloe, the operations manager took time with me figuring out the best way to get my needs met including looking up my dental plan benefits and patiently explaining how everything works. Sandra is one of the most gentle and caring dental hygienist I have ever met!!! Everyone in that office is friendly, caring and just amazing!!!

Asia H. I can’t say enough about how professional this team is! I’ve been seeing Dr. Bennett for a little over five years, and the improvement I’ve experienced has been incredible. His dental assistant Courtney always delivers top of the line customer service. Always friendly, efficient, and professional. She makes every appointment seamless and as smooth as possible.
