Fahmida Sheuly I have been consulting with Dr. Begum ever since she has become an MD. She is extremely bright and does thorough review of my history and all related factors before giving any medical recommendations. She is very direct (Id rather have my doctor be direct than not) but also compassionate. She has experience practicing in two different countries and different states. She is very cultured and knows how to relate to patients from various cultural and religious backgrounds. Shes multi-lingual and can fluently practice medicine in both English and Bengali, which makes her a great doctor for me. She also focuses lifestyle changes before rushing into recommending medication. I highly recommend Dr. Begum and her partner Mr. Huda who helps manage the clinic.

The doctors are all very outstanding and have great attitudes . always clean and the playground keeps them busy while waiting. The receptionist is always awesome . Jackie Lowe Excellent Excellent!! My Mom started getting sick and hospitalized in 2022 and it was hard to navigate. She was put in a rehab after hospitalization in fleming island where she was completely neglected. When I brought her home she threw a PE (blood clot in lung) because she had probably been left in the bed too long. I have to work a lot but checked in on her. I was told by the locals to take her to Lake Butler Hospital...what a major difference in care. I can actually leave and know she is being looked after. They exercise her, bath her, her room is super clean with bird feeder outside and a huge window. Has room to herself. Staff is excellent. It is short term ...she has been there twice. The first time she was so sick I know they saved her life. I couldnt recommend this facility more.

George Scott Had abdominal surgery on 2/4/25. The OR staff was friendly, competent and efficiently prepped me before the surgery. They explained everything and did a very good check out before I left. Katylyn and Skyler were great nurses.

Mary Mccann Their great!! On time, Dr. deleon did a great job of informing me of my blood test and results. He seemed pleased with my results. I was very informed! Staff is great! Kim is great on the phone! Overall i was very satisfied with my visit!!

Jose Nunya Dr. Ricketts is by far the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. She really takes the time to examine me and ask me about any and all concerns I may have. She is the most competent of all of the doctors Ive had in Okeechobee and would recommend her to ANYONE! The nurses are also very knowledgeable and competent which means a lot to me. I also use the mobile app to keep up with appointments and medications and even get my lab results without having to walk into the office. Great job team!! Abby is a breath of fresh air and so is Lindsey and the other girls. Thank you so much for all that you have done and will do for me.
