Robert Bennett I have been a patient for over 25 years and am well satisfied with the service provided . Dr Randolph takes time when seeing patients asking pertinent questions to determine the best coarse of action required . The staff is pleasant and helpful . Waiting time to see the doctor is usually less than ten minutes.Waiting time for an appointment is not more than a week usually and for urgent issues they can usually get you in fairly quickly .

Home2 Suites by Hilton Lake City
Brett Swanson If you are staying in Lake City, this is the best hotel I have ever seen in this town. Standard Hilton rates, but more in the room than I would expect from a $500 room in a resort town. Full kitchen, proper glassware, silverware, dishes, etc. a dinning table, floating end-table, more desk space than any 2 people need, and an office chair that is so comfortable that I am using it as my recliner for TV time. They even have a hospital-style decorative curtain to split the bed half from the office/living side of the room. Ingenious idea for the mid-room curtain. I havent stayed at every Lake City hotel, but I would be extremely surprised to learn there was any better place to stay in this zip code.

Palms Medical Group - Lake City West
Patricia Coleman I felt very comfortable here at Palms. I had to change Doctors after my insurance changed. Im very pleased with the change. Dr. Krista is very nice and listens to what you have to say. Thank you and to the staff for making me feel comfortable.

Lake City Humane Society
connie callahan I have been a volunteer at Lake City Humane Society for several months now. I am so impressed with all the improvements made there over the past year. They do a great job of caring for the animals and finding them homes. With so many strays being brought in and owner surrenders, it is always an uphill battle. However, the staff there are very caring and do a good job of keeping the community informed/involved. They have also done a great job of improving the Humane Society Thrift store. It is a great organization! I enjoy the time I spend there helping the animals.

Jessica Hamric Just recently moved to Ft White from out of town. So grateful for this office! Close to home and very knowledgeable doctor and staff! Friendly service, we didnt feel rushed at all. He answered every question we had in detail! Got an appointment the same day for my teenager that was sick. Would highly recommend David!

Lake City VA Medical Center
Amanda McMahel I wish this was my local VA. I had to drive an hour to this location due to the extent of my suffering but it was worth it for the care I received. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and welcoming. They listened to me and did their best to make me feel better. Hope they know how much I appreciate them. 10/10, A++, Love u guys.

CC fReEdOm Seeker & Constitutionalist We have been bringing our children here for ever especially with Amanda who has always been so pleasant,polite , and great with the children. The doctors are all very outstanding and have great attitudes . always clean and the playground keeps them busy while waiting. The receptionist is always awesome . North Florida Family Medicine - Miguel Tepedino, MD
Tom Hause Dr tepedino is a physician who does care about his patients, he does listen, and acts in the patients best interests. Hes gone to great lengths to see that I follow a healthy lifestyle. If you want to be his patient do what he asks of you! Take your meds, follow up screenings/exams and give a accurate patient history. Its been 8 years and I will continue being his patient.
