He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my diagnosis, and ensure I understood my treatment options. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he genuinely cares about his patients well-being. A special shoutout to Bianca, his Medical Assistant, who was incredibly kind and attentive. 1 /5 Eric Richardson: On 8/27, I called Holy Cross Wilton Manors and scheduled an annual physical on 9/12. Before my scheduled appointment, I was asked to complete lab work at the Holy Cross Lab Outpatient Center. During the call, I was assured that a lab order would be placed at the outpatient center and that I’d be able to complete it by 9/4. I showed up at the outpatient center last Friday morning (9/6), and there was no record of a lab order being placed. I immediately called Holy Cross Wilton Manors and was assured that my order would arrive at the outpatient center by this morning (no apology was offered for wasting my time). Earlier this morning, I went to the outpatient center again, and to my surprise, my order was not in the system (!). It is absurd how incompetent Holy Cross Wilton Manor is, and I don’t think my poor experience was an outlier based on the reviews I’m reading here. I suggest you stay away and find another provider.
