Jessica Veloza I have not been here as a patient, but I have been working here as a provider since June, 2024 and I have a lot of positive things to say about this clinic. We have great Medical Assistants who are fast and efficient, kind and caring. We are able to draw your blood in office so you dont have to go to an outside lab and sit in a packed lobby for a long wait. We have an X-ray machine, which can also save visits to outside places when needed. We have 30 min and longer scheduled visits with patients, so we are able to sit down and actually listen and try to get to the bottom of your concerns. We are not rushing in and out in 3 minutes, not listening to the patient. We also have a whole team of people from our front desk staff, to our referral specialist, to our leadership, and more who are dedicated, caring, genuinely kind and hard working members of this team. NO PLACE IS PERFECT. We all know that our medical system in the USA has MANY challenges. But, I can attest to the fact that in this clinic we care and are doing our very best to provide the best possible care to our patients. I think google reviews are interesting in that many people only take the time to write them when they are upset about something. I wish more people would write reviews about their positive experiences so that someone trying to make a decision about what services to choose would have a clearer, and more realistic picture of what MOST peoples experiences with the service are.

Cheyenne Pelletier Online booking was super easy, showed up early, check in was easy and painless, very nice welcoming staff. Was seen before my appointment time. Medical assistants were nice and quick and efficient. New to the area, so very happy to have an urgent care I trust.

Thomas Carlisle My wife spent six weeks at Select Specialty Hospital. After enduring multiple rounds of sepsis before her arrival, the care team at Select went above and beyond to restore her health. When she first arrived, she was unable to get out of bed, stand, or walk. But by the time she left, she was walking with a walker and had made remarkable progress in her recovery. The doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, CNAs, and both OT and PT teams were exceptional. They listened to her needs, treated her with respect, and provided care that made her feel valued as a patient. The staffs attentiveness gave me complete confidence in their abilities, and I am incredibly grateful for their efforts. I highly recommend Select Specialty Hospital to anyone in need of long-term acute care. Tallahassee is fortunate to have this facility in our community.

Mental health Primary care etc. I was totally amazed of the wonderful service at each step we had And every clerk nurse doctor was more than exceptional. I was shocked. Dam C Had a great experience at Bixler Emergency Department. All the staff did their absolute best to give me excellent service and help me. I was treated with the upmost respect and empathy, the room and ED equipment was clean and organized. Thank you Liz, RN for being such a great and knowledgeable nurse, also thanks to Dr. Peters for listening and giving me the best possible care and treatment. Grateful to registration, transport, ultrasound techs and all the staff present. Your service was great and you should be proud of that great work.
