1 /5 Sue Kaeder: I wanted to come on here and share my experience I’ve recently had at Grace Presbyterian Preschool. I was just let go after 20 years of dedicated service. My loyalty and commitment deserve nothing but appreciation and recognition, and it pains me to know my time there ended on such terms. The lack of a paper trail and warning in such a significant decision raises questions about the fairness and transparency of the process.
It is disheartening to know that the leadership, including the pastor and administrators, did not exhibit the Christian values of compassion, fairness, and respect in their decision-making processes. Such actions do not align with the principles of kindness and integrity that are at the core of Christian teachings.
As someone who values transparency and fairness, I feel compelled to share this information. It is essential to ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect, especially in environments that profess to uphold Christian values.
This has been challenging for me, and I am trying to navigate this unexpected turn of events.
I hate when the mission (children first) is lost in the politics. You see it time and time again in educational settings.
The Pastor, Director, and assistant Director were not willing to reconcile differences and chose to let go of an amazing asset.
