5 /5 Caitlin Lastinger: I’m so thankful for such an amazing birth experience at Good Sam! I really wanted to have my first baby in the Lilly Pulitzer suite, but I had no real expectations of the staff or overall experience beyond that (that’s how you can tell it was my first pregnancy). The labor and birth did not go at all according to plan, but my nurses just rolled with it and made me feel safe and taken care of. Special shout out to Denisha who LITERALLY held my hand through contractions, vomiting, bathroom trips, and getting my epidural. She answered every question with a smile and enough detail to make sure I felt informed and at ease. When it came time for my baby boy to meet the world, things took a bad turn and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the way the whole room went into action without missing a beat. You could feel the urgency as NICU and respiratory ran into the room, but no one showed any signs of stress or panic which kept me calm during a mother’s worst nightmare. My recovery time was equally as pleasant. Thank you Nurse Taylor for taking the time to teach us how to properly swaddle and bathe our boy, and the LC Kathy for her tips and unending patience while teaching me how to breastfeed. I have only great things to say about every nurse, doctor, and tech I met during my stay.They took excellent care of me and made sure I went home with a healthy baby boy!

5 /5 Iana Makhnovskaya: I have amazing experience with dr. Howard Goodman, I was so lucky to find this doctor, wonderful specialist, feel safe in his hands. Surgery was very good. Hospital stuff like nurses Eve, Lovely, Sonia, Tatiana, Annakey was great, helpful, kindest person. Feel very comfortable and they really take care about me. Thank you again!

5 /5 Julie Hardman: I had an overnight stay at Good Samaritan Hospital recently & had an outstanding visit. I had female surgery, shout out to Dr Tanya Hoke, who is a skilled surgeon, indeed! I had Megan as my Anesthesiologist Assistant & she was warm & reassuring...I had the best nurses on 4 South, including Danielle, Addison & the effervescent, Tanisha. I was well taken care of & all my needs were met & then some. I highly recommend this hospital & team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!♥️

5 /5 Monica Hernandez: I bring my mom all the time to her appointments at the breast center and anywhere or anyone we run into is such a pleasure! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone love this hospital! My mother had her biopsy today and she said it was painless and loved seeing her relief of knowing it wasn’t painful for her! Front desk receptionist Nikki is absolutely loving and amazing! And the young lady who does the registration process is very pleasant as well!

2 /5 Lisa Schulman: I only give the extra star to make it a two for the very few staff members that actually care and do their job. If I did not fly down to be here all day each day with my mother I am sure these people would have killed her! This has been a fairly horrendous 5 days. Thank God she is turning a corner, not with the hospitals effort, and will be able to get out of this death trap. I do not understand why nurses are not longer compassionate and skilled. Our Healthcare system has gone down the tubes.tubes. The room was filthy and took until I made a stink to get it cleaned! The angels we have loved are Antionette, Dorly, Kadian and Geneva. They made a difference for saving my moms life.
