Similar to the mission statement of Village Ashante Publishing, VAPublishing.com, which is "Change The Message One Child at a Time".... Gainesville Church of God has complimented the entire process of going to the pumpkin patch. To start, this isnt ye old-fashioned pumpkins on used pallets covered with hay..... -and please this is not to take away from the simplicity of pumpkin harvesting if thats your forte... I am here to give kudos to Gainesville Church of God for an outstanding program dedicated to feeding children, and by the way, not only locally filling the bellies of our babies but children as far away as Nicaragua. In doing so, Gainesville Church of God has created the total experience of a pumpkin harvest. From the ample organized well lit parking, incidentally they open at 1pm, to the exhilarating lay of the land. In that, there are photo opportunities with characters to be remembered capturing keepsake moments. With a staff of volunteers, kids can enjoy rides, slides and the farmers best prize... plump golden pumpkins for purchase to carry home as the hunger needs of children are fulfilled. If you are a resident of Alachua county and the surrounding area, driving north or south on interstate-75 through the Gainesville area, home of the fighting Gators.... 5 /5 Dipesh Dhakal: The Pumpkin fest to support for feeding the child is great! A lot of fun activities for the kids including train ride, trampling slides, and dozens of photo spots! And finally you can buy pumpkins and great relief that the money will be used for good cause!
