1 /5 Dee Cee: Muy mal. El cabello estaba bien, pero las uñas eran de las peores que he tenido. Horrible. Cuando le pedí a la señora que lo arreglara, me dijo que tendría que empezar de nuevo con esa uña.Claramente no quería arreglarlo. Horrible experience. I did my hair here and that was fine, but my nails are the absolute worst! When I asked the lady to fix it, she told me she would have to start all over on that nail again - obviously, she didn’t want to do it. It was also just bad service and honestly painful due to the drill that she used. She didn’t want to fix it but no one should ever leave with a nail that looks like the one in the picture below. DAY TWO EDIT: I got a gel manicure YESTERDAY and the gel has already begun PEEL OFF. NEW EDIT: I called in and spoke to a manager that refused to offer a refund, let alone extend an apology. She claimed that she would have rather me speak to her before leaving a review and that the best they could do for me was to redo the nails. I will never come back.

1 /5 Yanela Perez Rodriguez: I recently visited this salon for a haircut and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. The stylist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to understand what I wanted. The cut ended up uneven, and I left feeling frustrated. I appreciate the effort, but I expected more attention to detail. I hope they can improve their service in the future. In addition she mess-up with my hair cutting the hair so bad like she had no experience. ---

5 /5 Sue Rolón: Leydis is amazing! Since you get the first glimpse at her she changes you your mood. She is always smiling and makes you feel confortable. Absolute professional in what she does. My daughters and I love her.
