Sean Giles Top tier shop, from the first communications via text to the invoice with pictures at the end. They were great. I had a full diagnostic and mechanical inspection done on my 2014 Tesla Model S P85+. They even washed it after which I didnt ask for and was pleasantly surprised about. If you own a Tesla DONT goto the Stealership, bring it here and save money and get it taken care of in days not weeks or a month like I discovered when using the App for a service request.

The V Shop is fast, efficient and trustworthy. I was provided with different repair options, and my car was safely stored inside to shop awaiting my decision to move forward. I found out about them by doing a google search and have seen where others were pleased with work performed there, and also their good ratings.I called and spoke to Ryan and as busy as they were, he allowed me to take my car in without having to make an appointment. He acted very polite and professionally. Excellent customer service, very friendly and pleasant, going above and beyond identifying problems with my vehicle issues. They took the initiative to analyze the problems and was able to resolve it in a short period of time. Belinda Harvey Felt comfortable with their diagnostic. I was impressed of their honesty and professionalism. The diagnostic was explained (computer reading shown) and a breakdown of cost was shown as well. I felt comfortable that they were being honest with their diagnostic. I’ve had bad experiences, 3 to be exact before coming to Rothe’s so I know what I am talking about. They never pushy to make me have the repair done with them. But they exactly determined what the issue was. Luckily the issue is a recall with the vehicle’s maker (Mike, with Rothe’s even told me). So I didn’t have to have Rothe’s do the repair work. That’s how honest they are. God bless you guys and keep getting more referrals as they are a very reliable repair shop. I will definitely continue doing business with them.
