I found out about them by doing a google search and have seen where others were pleased with work performed there, and also their good ratings.I called and spoke to Ryan and as busy as they were, he allowed me to take my car in without having to make an appointment. He acted very polite and professionally. Excellent customer service, very friendly and pleasant, going above and beyond identifying problems with my vehicle issues. They took the initiative to analyze the problems and was able to resolve it in a short period of time. I would recommend Prestige to anyone who is looking for excellent, reliable and friendly services. Wow!! I have even forgotten to mention how they washed my car and checked for other issues.

5 /5 John K: I only wish that I discovered this amazing facility earlier. My 2014 BMW 750 has been dealer serviced since new. The team at Prestige is impressive in all aspects of the business, most importantly in their communication with the customer. Everything is so clean and organized. The technology used in the customer experience and within the shop is so impressive. Eloy is the most pleasant, forthright and competent service advisor I have ever encountered. I could say a lot more but just take your European car here!!

Did a complete service cleaned up and delivered a perfect running car to me. The entire process was quick, efficient, polite, and friendly. I really appreciate it.
