1 /5 Vivi Garbanzo: The place was ok. Staff was friendly and they did a good job and on my mani pedi. But I decided to get my eyelashes done here. The eyelash tech used way too much glue and placed the lash underneath my eyelash instead of over, allowing my eyelashes to feel heavy and become crunchy. I am very disappointed with my service because this was a botched job. I want the owner and the eyelash tech to understand that our eyes are valuable. It is not just an ugly beauty treatment, defective eyelashes could lead to hair loss, infection, or even escalate to blindness if the person wearing the lashes doesnât have the judgement to remove them. I think Iâll have to report this service to BBB because I am disgusted by the lack of consideration for my eyes.
UPDATE: three star rating down to 1. The manager responded stating I would receive a refund. I call the salon to verify and they tell me âcome in and weâll see.â I tell them that is an unacceptable response. They tell me I will receive a refund if I come in. I go to the salon to be told by the owner that she did my eyelashes properly and that they canât do anything if I took the eyelashes off. (I attached the pictures prior to her even offering the refund). They wasted my time and gas. They have terrible customer service and are disrespectful. There are other places to go, donât waste your time youâll just be mistreated.
