5 /5 Jackie Meyer: What can I say? I came here last year to get a wisdom tooth extracted, and Dr. Burns was excellent despite my anxiety. This time, I decided to extract the remaining 3 teeth out under general anesthesia. I, like the last time, was quite nervous, but Dr. Burns was nothing short of incredibly kind and reassuring - no matter how shaky I was. Lol! There are some comments about his lack of bedside manner, but in my opinion, he simply possesses a loving, tough love, fatherly nature that he brings to his work. It is certainly a quirky personality, but in the most amazing way if you can understand where he is coming from. I have never seen him be disrespectful or unthoughtful to anyone or myself. Quite the opposite. Hes extremely efficient and quick at what he does - even the most complicated of procedures. Things that many surgeons take an hour to do, he has done cleanly and near painlessly WHILE holding a conversation. He successfully took all 3 of my teeth out and sedated me in not even 10 minutes, and made sure that at the end, my designated driver knew exactly how to care for me. Once again, thank you to Dr. Burns and his lovely staff and assistants for taking such amazing care of me. Each visit is met with thorough attention and a calm, reassuring presence that puts patients at ease. The entire staff—each of the ladies in the office—is equally exceptional. They are courteous, efficient, and consistently create a warm and welcoming environment. I am grateful to be in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend.

5 /5 FLORIDA *: Dr. Burns and the staff were great. The ladys made me very comfortable. I plan to bring my kids here in the future. I am thankful a friend of mine from work recommended me to this office. Having been put to sleep for the procedure is highly recommended. I would have done this 28 years ago if I had this process back then. Glad to have it done and this office was awesome. Thank you everyone Dr. Burns and ladies.

5 /5 Dawn Kes: Dr Burns was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, personable, professional, simply amazing. My daughters had their wisdom teeth removed. The procedure itself was quick and they were well taken care of. They both ended up with dry socket and had to return to the office. Once again, they were taken care of. All of the staff is amazing and so incredibly nice. Thank you for making this experience as great as it was, even considering it was removal of teeth.

5 /5 Ken Ports: I was referred to Dr. Burns to have four teeth removed, a possible harrowing experience for an 80-year-old. The staff was pleasant, supportive, and efficient. Dr. Burns joined us and asked if I wanted local anesthetics (Novocaine-type shots) or an IV anesthetic, did I want all the teeth pulled and one sitting to one at a time or some other combination over a series of appointments. I opted for doing it all at once. I took the all-at-once option and Dr. Burns started immediately. Throughout the tooth removal, he was very professional and focused, but always upbeat and supportive on a personal level. Later that day, when one of teeth wouldnt stop bleeding, we called and they said to come right in. We did, they saw us immediately, repacked the bleeding site with gauze, and that took care of it. Overall, Dr. Burns and his team were very good at what they did, extremely pleasant and professional, and I highly recommend them for tooth removal.
