Dr. Otakar Quadrat, MD - Daytona Beach (FL)

5 /5 Steve Keller: I’m alive today because of of Dr. Quadrat’s knowledge and skill. He is always friendly and supportive and his staff if efficient and helpful. Dr. Quadrat is a good communicator who spends time with patients. It is obvious that he cares about his patients. I had to move out of the Daytona area to Jacksonville and continued to travel to Daytona to see him because of his excellent care. I recently moved to Virginia to be near family, and one consideration in my difficult decision to move farther away was no longer being able to be his patient. I hope I can find a cardiologist half as good as Dr. Quadrat here in Virginia.

1 /5 Maureen: I have been calling for appt for a week leaving messages no one ever calls back. My dr gave me referral 9/10. Sent to him.. she said they would call me...noone ever did.. looking fir my own today

1 /5 Chad Cook: Recently was released from Halifax after getting a heart cast with stints put in by Quadrat. After getting home & settled, I was going through my paperwork & realized that I needed to make an appointment with the Dr. that did the procedure so I called the office to do so. During the call, the lady stated that they are refusing to see me & refused to provide a reasoning. Very confused, when asking why & to remind her that my paperwork said Quadrat was the one that did the procedure & I have a few concerns as I have symptoms of fatigue & fever 2 weeks afterwards. Her response verbatim was "there is no law stating that I have to provide you with a reason why we are refusing to see you & I suggest that you call a different cardiologist." Then hung up. This is the professionalism being performed at this practice? Im baffled & very disappointed that I cannot get any help or answers from the one that did the procedure at Halifax. I would certainly NOT recommend this place of business if this is how they treat their patients.

1 /5 Maria Mejia: This is the worst Doctor ever. If I could give him zero stars I would. He is not personable, he is extremely rude, he doesn’t listen to the patient at all, he lies on his documentation, and he and his office staff do not return phone calls. Do NOT go to him! You will regret it.
