Start to finish from consultation to follow up they are there for you with personal attention and a true passion for serving the Transgender community. My surgery was the only thing happening for the day so the entire office gave me their full attention, and that is the way they plan it, truly celebrity level service. They make me feel like the most important thing happening in their day every time I walk through the door. This is the most personal, professional, and efficient medical process I have ever had. The level of experience and talent you receive is truly world class and the whole team worked tirelessly to keep me comfortable and make me feel at home. They truly care about your experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When the CVS urgent care next to our hotel was booked we found this urgent care and are so grateful we did. We had an amazing experience and did not have to catch an addition uber to a pharmacy to get her RX and other helpful meds because it was in house. We were in and out and back with our family when family vacation time is so valuable. 10/10 recommend.

Charlie Cook Sudeep is a great doctor, he is very nice, always responsive and makes sure all of your needs are met. After seeing him, two weeks later I already feel like a different person. When going into the office I never have to wait and am always taken care of by the amazing staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Eric Pomales Dr. Hyde is a gifted Doctor. I have not had any pain, nor discomfort, since my upper back surgery. Dr. Hyde performed lower back surgery on my wife in 2013. Patricia Martinez Cue I didnt know we had such a good urgent care in Miami Beach!!! Facility is super clean modern with good views at the waiting room, inside everything was cozy, they even had Bob Marley playing in the back, the do x-ray , front desk , nurses, x-ray tech and doctor were all very nice and attentive to me! Even the guy on a screen who got the insurance info and charge the copay was very nice. Doctor was very informative about my ankle and next steps. Very glad Miami Beach community has this awesome urgent care! Thank you all !
