Chassidi Rogers I visited your ER around 3am for wheezing and chest congestion, mild shortness of breath. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and never had to wait. The entire visit from start to finish, every interaction, was comforting and reassuring. I got the care I needed in the most compassionate way. And as a patient feeling miserable, this meant everything. Thank you.

Sheri Long Dr Owen is by far the best primary care doc I have had and I’m 63 years old. She listens, she is knowledgeable and I don’t feel like she wants me to do anything that Im not comfortable with. Yet, she does make suggestions. I have a say though as to what I believe I would like to do. Her staff is always pleasant and I have, overall, always had a great experience. Been going to her now for over a year.

Michelle McDonough The professionalism and care I received at this clinic was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I’m sick and not feeling well. Had a bad experience at a completely different clinic/company and all of the nurses and providers were beyond nice and caring at this location. They listened to me and had me feeling better and on the mend when I left the clinic. Ladies thank you so much, I was having a really hard week and your compassion along with the amazing care you provided has lifted my spirits and health. Thank you for what you do! I appreciate you and everything you did for me during my visit. I am so thankful for compassion you gave me when I felt so low and also scared.

Qydru Harper-Brunson Dr.Hood, Nurse Aira, Nurse Laurel in Shands Hospital ER are very kind and compassionate. I was feeling very left out when it came to my own care but they made sure to inform me on everything. Doctor Hood was my admitting doctor and he is very kind and thorough. Nurse Aira was my admitting nurse and she extremely thoughtful, kind, and fast sometimes too fast and that is not to say in a negative way but it can be overwhelming but other than that shes a great nurse. Nurse Laurel is so kind and very sweet, She made sure to feed me and communicated well with the doctors about me being frustrated due to not being informed. Other than that all the other staff and medical professionals seemed great but I didnt have enough interaction with them to actually tell.

Scott LaScala I can not say enough good things about this hospital. Ive had two stays with them. The first time, they saved my life. The second time, they gave me my life back. From doctors to the housekeepers, everybody is kind, caring, and professional. The nurses are exceptional. This is how a hospital should function. I live in Ft. Lauderdale and go here for my procedures. That should tell you something.

Penny LaIacona Excellent visit with Dr John Burton and Nurse Stacey! Had a recheck on my lab results. Went into their lab at 9: am for blood draw. That procedure was done in less than 2 minutes- NO waiting. And I was seen promptly at 11:30 by both Nurse and Dr. I couldn’t be happier. I had plenty of time for lunch and shopping afterward. I was out by 11:53. Dr Burton is the best!
