5 /5 Belinda Perry: Moved to FL and started going to Dental Care of West Melbourne. Day one until presence Staff have been awesome. Great customer service. They always answered any questions I may have had. The doctor is always soft spoken and very gentle. They always explain everything as they go. Love it!!

5 /5 Richard Wright: Dr. Miller is the Best Dentist I have ever encountered! He is clear, concise, and Extremely Talented as a Dentist. His entire staff from the front to the Dental Hygienists are all Outstanding! You cannot find a better Dental Office to go to than Dental Care of West Melbourne.

1 /5 C Max: The front office staff are terrible, long wait times, inexperienced hygienist. I waited 20-30min past appt time so I ask how long as I need to get back to work. The rude check in girl first said hygienist not ready then suddenly says the hygienist is now ready. Not telling me my regular hygienist quit so she set me up with a new, just out of school hygienist. Worst cleaning in my life. When I leave the check in girl and office girl start asking me are you happy with your cleaning while laughing and making fun as they knew it was bad. The front desk girls need to understand I have a job to get back to.The employee turnover in this office is huge and says it all. We will never go back.

5 /5 Kimberly Brown: I can honestly say they understand patient care. The entire staff that I interacted with were so very kind. I struggle with very bad anxiety. Not a mild case but a pretty bad case of anxiety and panic attacks. Even without this I’ve always been afraid to visit the dentist office. A few bad experiences and I just stopped going. I believe I finally found a dentist office that I feel comfortable and safe. They listened, made sure I was comfortable, weren’t forceful, treated me with so much respect and truly seemed to care. They took care of my issue (even offered me different options to allow me to choose what I would be the most comfortable with doing). This gave me the courage to allow them to proceed with the removal of my tooth and they checked on me all throughout the procedure. I wish I could remember their names. I was so anxious I do not recall. Both ladies were amazing at what they do. They are definitely in the right professions and I’m so relieved not only from my tooth pain but to have found a dental office that I can trust again. The facility is also very nice and clean… one of the things that is important to me with anxiety is windows and natural light. I was in a room that had windows which also helps with my anxiety. I did not feel like I was in a hospital. I will be returning in April for a full exam and dental plan and I hope that I will be treated by these ladies again. They have earned my trust and I’m already recommending this dentist to my family members and friends.

The entire staff is so friendly and patient, making me feel comfortable every time I come in. Dr. Sevilla and Lexi have taken exceptional care of me, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate dental team!
