5 /5 Teresita Melendez: Dr. Rowely at W. New Haven Melbourne and his staff are truly attentive and exceptional professionals. The office is incredibly bright and clean air that is UV Purified. On rainy days the staff offers you a new clear - poncho to take with you... or a Front Desk Staff with an umbrella ready to walk with you to your car. Theres also easy parking. Dr. Rowely is super soft spoken and friendly, he helps you understand your treatment plan for present appointments. He is not like other dentists. He is honest and wont rob you or your time. Even with my insurance being out of network they make it easy. The office manager Lucy will explain what will work for you. They process the claims for me and take the stress off of the patient. Theres several hygienist ... Lauren has been mine for 3 years, she is very caring and gentle and always excellent service. Erika and Audrey are super nice and hands on knowledgeable and will explain step by step the process for your visit and you will feel comfortable to ask questions before getting started.

5 /5 Edward Snedeker: Changing Dentists is never pleasant and one wonders whether it will be a good experience. This dental office is a good experience. From the front desk to Dr Rowley and everyone involved in my visits were all welcoming, honest, friendly and professional. The office is clean, up to date and well kept. Soothing background music and monitors to lighten the atmosphere. The pricing was reasonable but the initial scheduling was a bit long which was explained when I made the first appointment. Now scheduling is very quick and easy. Easy in and out parking lot is also a plus on a busy street. So far, I think this is a great dental practice.

His chair side manner is very calming and comforting. He is also very gentle and skillful. The staff at Dr. Rowley’s practice works well together and with the clients. You can tell that they are happy to work in this office and all are adept and knowledgeable in their positions. That says a lot!

But wow of wow Thank you so much to Rowley Family Practice for great visit providing exceptionally professional gentle service. Assistant Aubrey is so kind and explains each step of x-rays which is calming. Grateful for super positive visit. Dr. Rowley and staff from front desk to checkout are awesome. Even tough I had been seen in KY just 6 months ago, the layers of tartar under my gums today was a serious concern. Lynda worked up a new plan for my future dental needs which clearly targeted my issues. I’m forever grateful to her & Dr. Rowley for their individual & personal care! Thank you!
