Chad Kopcak Honest, Friendly, and Professional I don’t usually leave reviews, but Assured Auto Works really impressed me. I brought in my Audi A4 for a humming noise I suspected was a wheel bearing. JD at the front desk was friendly and easy to talk to — we chatted about the car and all kinds of random things. It made the experience feel very personal and not just transactional. I found Champion Auto on a Sunday night and was able to converse with Johnny about having my car serviced the next day.
