Not only that, the owner only had to sit in my car and turn it on to check what it was. He knew right away what was the damage and had the parts in hand. Angela Masocol Tony was an Angel! After an exhausting few days of trying to find someone to fix my son’s truck (water pump leak), he answered and we exchanged information by text. I honestly was so exhausted from many repair shops that were really busy so I didn’t really expect an answer so quick. Contacted him Saturday and we scheduled to begin work on Monday morning 8:30am. He was prompt and very communicative. He completed the replacement of water pump and serpentine belt. He then followed up to make sure no leaks. No leaks and everything was great! Whew! I feel comfortable knowing my son’s truck is back up and running while I’m away at work. He even gave us tips on routine maintenance etc. He was very honest and so kind. Kinda cool watching him work. Reminded me so much of my dad. So kind and never made me feel I was an inconvenience. What a blessing!

Nick Sweeney Honest company that did outstanding body work on my Lexus IS 250. I purchased the vehicle in 2017 and it carried a salvage title due to a rear end accident. The roof of my Lexus began cracking and experiencing corrosion. Other companies provided quotes to weld/patch the roof. Master Auto Tech suggested I needed to replace the roof to do the job correctly and prevent future issues. They quoted me a very reasonable price to remove the roof, weld in a new one and paint. It was very fortunate that I listened to them because after removing the roof and interior, they discovered there were underlying issues with the structural support of the roof because previous accident repair was not done correctly. If I ignored these issues, the roof cracks would have returned. Master Auto Tech corrected these issues. Despite the fact that this extra work was not included in their estimate, they honoured the original quote they provided to me. Additionally, I was having issues with water getting into the trunk when I went through car washes. They discovered a drain line was installed incorrectly and they fixed this. This is a company that you can trust. Im very happy with the job they did for me.

silent-ninja [FGC] My G35 had some misfires and was running rough. Kevin knew immediately what it was and changed out my spark plugs and ignition coils for me. Did an excellent job, did not charge an arm and a leg, and it was done quick. My baby is running like new again. Will definitely be going ALL IN 1 for any future needs. Highly recommend.
