RAYVEN I had a frustrating experience with other repair shops before finding City Auto Express. One shop took two days just to diagnose my car, while the dealership did the same and gave me an outrageous quote based on lies. Both places wasted my time and money, and my AC was still not fixed. Thankfully, I called City Auto Express, and from the start, their service was exceptional. I spoke with Evette, who was professional, honest, and straightforward about the process. Within a couple of hours, Alfredo had my car diagnosed, and by the next day, it was fixed and ready for pickup. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I truly appreciate their honesty, quick turnaround, and great customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable shop that won’t give you the runaround, City Auto Express is the place to go!

Delores Andrijiszyn I cant recommend Ideal Service Center enough! I would give them 100 stars if it were an option! I have visited their shop approximately 6 times and being a single female, I am always on guard of feeling like I am going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge! Not here, they explain all work in detail so you have no surprise charges and understand what you are paying for. They are welcoming, prompt with appointment times and extremely courteous! A few years ago Mazda told me I needed over 3000.00 worth of work on my vehicle. I wanted a second opinion and was referred to this Shop. Upon checking, the mechanics at Ideal Service Center stated I needed none of the work Mazda recommended and to this day (3 yrs later), I still need none of it. I am so happy I found this shop and I without a doubt trust them implicitly! I want to give a big shout out to the Advisors Ray, Rodney and Ed as well as the mechanics! This will forever be my shop of choice!

Josephine Thompson We were in Orlando on vacation, 10 hours from home. The last night of our trip, my battery light came on on the way back to the resort and it was all down hill from there. We purchased a new battery and put it in and the situation did not improve, so we figured it would be the alternator and were very worried about the cost to fix it in order to make it home the next day. It was late so all repair shops were closed. The next morning my husband and I had the vehicle towed from our roadside assistance program. When the tow truck driver picked up the van and my husband, my husband asked the driver if he knew of anywhere to take it that would help us out with the alternator without breaking the bank as we had just spent a lot of money on vacation with all of our kids. The driver brought him here. The owners were fantastic. The service was quick (which was GREATLY appreciated since I was waiting in the lobby of our resort with 5 of our kids as we had to check out first thing that morning). The price was MORE than reasonable and much cheaper than our online research told us it would cost. These people were a godsend in what started out as an extremely frustrating and inconvenient end to our family vacation. Thank you J & G Auto Repairs for being kind, quick and generous!! We are forever grateful to you!!

CARMEN NEGRON My husband took his 2004 Mustang Monday morning for the first time to this shop. The car needed a mayor job done but they were able to accommodate the service and fix it the same day. Really fair prices for sure. I’m glad we found a place that we can trust for future repairs. We Recomended 100%. Update 1.5 years later We just can say good things about this automotive shop their mechanic service is over the top. Diego and his team are the best he is a honest and fair business man. He is our mechanic of our 2 cars and our 3 girls car mechanic as well. We won’t change Diego for no one else. Also you go to his shop and they have a little coffee shop where you can sit and eat a little something and drink coffee or soda. Thank you Diego for all you do for our family Carmen & Juny

Lazarus Stewart A shade tree mechanic place I love it. They saved me hundreds of dollars over the past couple of years. Synthetic oil change and free tire rotation less than what most places charge for a regular oil change. Most importantly to me they do the work that is necessary, they dont try to upsell you. They dont pay for a fancy showroom or waiting room or hot dogs just good work at very fair prices
