Vickie Hall Only reason I gave one star is so that I could post my review. Absolutely the most unprofessional, condescending and non empathetic medical office I’ve ever been to of any kind, primary or specialist. As many of the other reviews state, the office staff is just rude. They treat you as if you’re crazy or stupid. They are only open one day and if that doesn’t work for you then oh well. I was out of my antidepressants and they refused to work with me on getting an emergency script called in, in order to prevent a mental crash. They told me I should’ve called last week. I did, and of course got the answering machine. Their message is even rude, stating that if you leave more than one message you will not be returned, which I was reminded of when I did actually speak with someone. Really!? I am on a simple, low dose antidepressant. I can only imagine that this office treats patients with more severe mental issues and can only hope that they are being treated at least a little bit better, but I highly doubt it. One of my reason for the depression is the loss of my youngest daughter almost 4 years ago. She was taken tragically by a hit a run driver. After her passing I was lost, in a fog, however you’d like to explain it. (Trust me, it is unexplainable). I had recently moved and had not yet found a primary and after this event, it was last on my mind, so yea, I’ve been off my medication for some time. This man had the audacity to tell me I would not be in the mental state I was had I not stopped taking my medication back then. How dare him. He either has no children or is simply a heartless human being. He also diagnosed me as OCPD, and told me I needed to read a book he recommended. Wow! Just wow. Needless to say I am changing my primary (that’s a different story for a different review) in order to be directed to a more professional office.

CCC New Patients Dr. Mane is the best, so personable, knowledgeable, and down right awesome. Gregory and Cheryl are Dr. Manes ARNPs and I cant commend them enough for all they do and the way they treat you like family. This group of medical professional is the best Ive ever been privileged to be treated by.

Laraine Jordan I have been a patient of Dr Govantes for the past four years and I’m so thankful I found this amazingly kind, patient and thorough physician. Dr Govantes takes his time with you and really listens to the concerns or issues you’re experiencing. He thoroughly explains an issue, offers options and recommendations. He has a wonderful sense of humor and puts you at ease from the moment he enters the room which helps you better explain your reason for the visit. His staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Tracey his nurse has been there since I began going there, and she’s also is a very kind and patient person. Any time I’ve called the office when I was sick they got me in to see the doctor, or refilled prescriptions that had run out almost immediately. I’ve watched the staff interact with patients many of whom are older with compassionate care and understanding! This doctor and his staff really care about your healthcare, and I thank God I was fortunate enough to have found them because of a friend’s recommendation whose been a patient there for 16 years!

EDWARD SERRA all my medical staff were excellent, DR Kim did a Great job in replacing my Aorta valve and did a triple by pass and i am doing well at this time.Also my nurses all played a great in my recovery, i thank you.

Jutta C As every time in the past I have been treated wonderful-by Dr. Summers AND the staff I dealt with! When I need a refill I can pick it up within a day, bloodwork always has been reviewed and discussed if there was an issue. Today Crystal bent backwards helping me to get a quick MRI appointment - worked just fine! Had it TODAY as well Thank you all!!

Sarah Robinson Beard Ive had lovely patient care from Inverness Family Care. Ive had visits with both my PCP, Dr. Connor, and her medical assistants. During my in-person visits, I always feel heard. The front office team, including Brittney, is warm and friendly with me whenever I call or am on-site. Whenever I have had prescription requests, outside orders, or referrals, Christina sometimes calls me the same day or the next business day. Ive had excellent communication with all the staff Ive encountered, including the billing team, with a question or two. With such a busy practice, I appreciate the time and care I have received from everyone there. Thank you!

Heather Martinez My experience here was fantastic. I was in several different units (my favorite being the wound care) and I have never come across such incredible nurses like this anywhere else. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of their patients on every unit. Being there as a nursing student was a fantastic experience for me and all of the nurses I had the pleasure of working with were very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Stacy Ferguson Dr. Desamour is the best and I highly recommend her office plus the staff! I can have a decent conversation with them, get advice and feel comfortable. One of the male nurses called me to offer a suggestion and he was very professional.

Hassan Golkar Dr. Hasibul Khan, my wifes and my own primary doctor, is a loving physician caring for our medical concerns. His recommendations regarding the specialists whom we have to visit give both of us the confidence and peace of mind that we would be in good hands for proper treatment. The PA and the members of his staff are very kind, courteous, and enthusiastic to pay attention to our medical needs. My wife and I will always be appreciative of the professional treatment, as well as of the high standards of compassion and kindness all of them perform.
