4 /5 Jacks: Moved to Palm bay a year ago and wanted a dentist in Bayside lakes area and found this dental office with good reviews but didnt get to meet Dr Artley during our visit..office looked neat and clean with nice customer service..hope they keep up the good service.

1 /5 Jennifer Rohde: If I could give zero stars I would... Stay clear of this dental office they are using out dated equipment. Husband went there for several years not knowing that the cleanings they were doing were VERY superficial. No better than what you could do at home with your own tooth brush. After a poor experience with a Crown he went to a different dentist and that dentist had to ask if he had even been to a dentist in years because his teeth were so bad. Husband stated "yes, never miss an appointment every 6 months" He now has to have deep gum tissue cleanings and another Crown because Cape Sides out dated equipment did not find the issues early enough to correct... Cape Side Office always told him his teeth look great and you have no issues... You also better really watch how they send the insurance claims in. If a claim comes back unpaid they just let the Insurance Co. close the claim then send you a bill for the full amount and dont fix their error to get it to go through. 9 months later you find out it was a simple fix but because the claim was closed more appointments were made thinking there was still available money to cover new claims. When you call to discuss the issue and they say they will write off the remaining amount which makes you think they are good people to acknowledge their mistake. DONT BELIVE THEM! The "write off" means sending you to collections..

5 /5 Francisco Torano: Doctor Artley and Zu are the best!! I Have gone for easy procedures and my wife have had bone implants, crowns,etc. with impresive results. Thats why Im so great full of them. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended.
