5 /5 King Shaggy: 10/10 would recommend these guys, I came in with a bad trailer tire looking to replace it with another tire I had. They informed me the other tire was bad but got me a replacement in my price range, in and out in 15 minutes. Mike was exceptional with his customer service, I will definitely be sending all my friends and family in Avon Park over here!

1 /5 Lizbeth Macedo: By far the worst service I’ve ever received. My car was at this shop for an entire month due to their incompetence. I had to make three separate appointments just to get all the necessary work done because the first technician failed to properly document what needed to be serviced. To make matters worse, trying to speak to a supervisor was a joke. They kept passing the phone around, avoiding any real accountability, and never actually connected me to a manager. The lack of communication and professionalism was beyond frustrating. If you’re looking for reliable service and a shop that values your time, this is NOT the place to go. I won’t be returning.

5 /5 Selena Davis: I was recently in town from Alabama for a funeral when my check engine light came on. I pulled into Big T Tire, and they quickly assessed my vehicle and got me back on the road to Alabama. A big thank you to General Manager Mike for taking care of me so efficiently and at a great price! He was professional , courteous and timely! Got me in and out quickly for my 9 hour drive home! There are still good people in this world. Wish I could give 10 stars. Highly recommend
