5 /5 Larry Miller: I want to share my story about Pedro the Service Manager and Phil the Service Director for Alan Jay Nissan. I met with both men and of course Marion the Owner Loyalty Manager today to discuss overall customer experience at their dealership. I do this for 80 such stores here in the SE as well as NE regions. Rarely do you not only find a service department that really cares and takes the time to know their customers. Great people treating great people well is measurable in real numbers and they are simply outstanding.

5 /5 Tyler Guice: I had a part I needed for my Nissan Rogue that I was not sure how to go about replacing. An old fart like me needs all the help he can get. Ha ha! The parts employee “Gary” provided me with the info I needed, got my replacement part and had me out the door in minutes. What a very knowledgeable and respectful young man. My grandson could learn a thing or two from him! Ha ha ha!

5 /5 DrGpro: Service Department Team went above & beyond to diligently research, identify and solve the complicated Electrical-Mechanical issues that no other local facility could handle! Moreover, they even sent their own team members to pick me up from my office when the normal shuttle service was unavailable.. very grateful. In the end, after doing even more than originally planned, they honored the original quote which was more than FAIR. Highly recommended!!!
