When my trusted previous stylist Amanda unexpectedly quit and left all of her many clients without notice, I was initially overwhelmed. I didn’t know where to turn, I had not only appts booked for months going forward, I had all my appts for my color, highlights and extensions planned out for all my events for the season, I was in shock.
Thankfully, Tatiana, the owner of the salon, stepped in and took over seamlessly. Her dedication and talent are unmatched!
I found out that she’s the one that actually taught my stylist many of the things I needed, like all my extensions.
She worked on my hair extensions, she worked to get my exact color. and the results were nothing short of brilliant She didn’t give up until she matched every single thing that I depended so much on from Amanda. . Her attention to detail, her passion, perseverance & professionalism, saved me and gave me the confidence that even though I felt abandoned, Tatiana stepped in and made me look and feel the way Amanda used to.
