1 /5 C D: !!!! UNSAFE / NEGLIGENT WORK !!!! Made an appointment with these people to have front lower control arms replaced and an alignment. I asked them to check tie rod ends for damage and my wife had also done the same. I asked again when picking up the SUV if they had found any damage to the tie rod ends. Their answer was no everything looks good! I gave them quality Moog control arms, and even the grease for the knuckles. After I had spent $540.00 in labor. I picked the SUV up and went to pickup some food. The pictures show the steering wheel off to the right and another picture shows the wheels are straight. I took it to work and back the following day ( 60 miles of driving). I heard and felt some thumping from the front end. I called and the nice lady told me to bring it back in. Literally after the phone call, the issue amplified terribly. I got home thank God and jacked the car up to see what was going on. Control arms looked good, except bolts being nearly rounded off. So I went to the tires. I grabbed tools obviously assuming they would be needed. NOPE! the first 3 in the picture Literally came off with my fingers. The remaining 2 on the driver side I took off with just a socket and extension to hold on to. The passenger side all broke loose with a 3/8 ratchet and almost no force. They had never been torqued or even hit with a impact gun. I torqued the tires and drove it. Noise and vibration was gone. After arguing with them the following morning and explaining that the car was about to go on a trip to Pennsylvania and could have killed my wife and children, they refunded my money, but not without trying to send me out the door telling me " they would work on a refund" thats code for you wont get a full refund if any. So I took it to a reputable mechanic at Auto Repair Tally, they showed me the obviously bad tie rod ends shown in the pictures which thankfully I had purchased new inner and outer tie rods. Both outer tie rods were shot as the pictures show. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! Not even for an oil change. Their excuse was the mechanics impact must need calibrated. I asked if they use a torque wrench, they said no. The impact guns are calibrated for that. Wow! No torque wrench! Thanks Auto Repair Tally for correcting there mistakes and double checking their work! They will get a stellar review.

1 /5 Abbigail Oldham: If I could give this shop a 0/5 star I genuinely would. My car stopped working after starting here and there. I had to have my car towed to a shop near by, so I gave auto Xperts a call to make sure they could take my car in and were not too busy. They told me that that would be great and to have it towed there. After dropping my car off I had not heard from them, numerous days later so I gave them a call. They told me that it still wasnt ready and that their mechanic has not found the issue yet. At this point I understood because cars are not simple machines, they can be difficult at times. However, everyday after I would call I would get a round a bout answer every time. "our mechanic still cant seem to find the issue", "our mechanic is working on 10 other cars at the same time", so on and so forth. Every time they could not give me a rough idea of when my car would be finished or anything. Finally a week later I was texted what the issue was and the amount to fix said issue. They said it starts perfect every time. I go and pay them and drive home. It started a little weird but I do have an older car so I thought this may just be what comes with it. Next morning I go to leave for work and my car doesnt work once again. The same issue stood. I gave them a call and let them know what happened and they tried to tell me that it sounds like a completely different issue and that they would look at it if I could tow it to them but they would be charging me for any fixes even though they didnt solve the original issue I paid 229.99 for. Thank goodness me and another coworker were able to find the issue which lied with the battery needing a simple tighten at the terminals. This shop took a whole week to "fix" an issue that was a simple fix. I felt like going up there and asking for a refund because they clearly did not pay my car any mind and just were looking for quick cash. The trouble they gave me for calling to ask for the update on my car (for which they never called me to tell me) made me just want to be through with them completely. I would NOT recommend ANYONE doing business here and I will never again.

They are honest, complete the repairs quickly, warranty their work, and stay in constant communication. Everyone I talk to at the repair shop are positive, helpful, and take the time to explain the issues and repairs in detail. I highly recommend Auto Xperts to anyone who wants quality repairs with fair prices!
